Took my dog in for a spay and they were so nice the whole time! Casey that works front desk was so helpful through the whole process! Will definitely be going back in the future for any of my dogs needs!

Throughout the years I've always taken my pet to cornerstone. I haven't had pets for a couple of years. Recently adopted a cat into our family and decided to take her to cornerstone for her health checkups and to get her declawed.
They must have made some staff changes in the last couple of years.
When dropping off our cat to stay the night and get declared, I found on the dropping off the staff to be uncaring and totaling impersonal . I was dropping off a kitten, you understand. When picking up our cat, they mentioned how badly she behaved. The only thing they said is she would hiss at them. Once again, she's a kitten. My kitten has always greeted anyone that come in our house open and friendly. I think if they would have shown her any compassion that's how she would have behave. You get what you give. That's why I won't take her back.
I would have shared this with the vet but if you're around your staff, I think you know the staff you have. I know my little kitten isn't going hurt business. That's okay. I just don't want my pet to suffer by continuing to take her where they don't care. I've waited awhile before posting this. I wanted to be calm.
Oh by the way. She's been having problems with one of her paws that they declawed. I guess another vet will be checking it out. Kathy Farr Greentown, IN

Usually love this clinic .... but last few visits or even phone calls have been very rude. I tried to explain what was going on with my cat and was cut off several times so (Barb) the scheduler could callously explain how already booked they are. 🫠 Attitude is everything! ESPECIALLY when answering calls for your business ...and when your already worried about your pet friend. It's not hard to be nice.

Great Doctor ! Very caring he thinks of helping people to take care of there animals in the correct way , financially , and I’ve been to other veterinarians before but he is the best , thank you to all at the cornerstone veterinary people you all are the best

Took my dog to their clinic 2 weeks ago. He she was given antibiotics and steroids took her back cause she had gotten worse and she was given more antibiotics and steroids and sent home and said she would be just fine. Just a couple hours later, she passed away suffering. I would not take my dog to this benefit. If it was anything serious if there was another vets office open unless he wants your pet to passaway

Absolutely NOT impressed with this vets office!! Front staff were rude when I asked simple questions upon picking up my cat from his surgery. I told them I had never had a cat before so I just wanted to make sure I was doing things correctly. I called for an hour and a half and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Care education was super vague and not very willing to help! Will NOT go back ever again!

Misdiagnosed my puppy that had parvo sent her home to her death with some Albon an some digestive pills didn’t even try to test for parvo said there was 100% chance she didn’t have it she would of died without northeastern walk in clinic! This place is trash too worried about money instead to actually helping the animals!!!!
