They met me at the door. Only in waiting room briefly. Taken to exam room and blood pressure and oxygen levels taken. New employee was introduced toe. Shanna came in shortly. Great service.

I would give no stars if I could. Definitely discriminates against white males. 5 days to get refill on common prescriptions. Totally Bull and pharmacy says that it happens far to often. Are not Drs. supposed to help older Americans stay healthy; not keep them from getting the meds they have been taking for 10 years? Still no prescriptions authorized. Still counting days. Darn

The visit was good and I didn’t have to wait long. Dr. Lorenzo is pleasant and in my opinion a very good doctor. I feel that I was treated accurately for my illness and I recovered quickly.

North Country HealthCare has always treated my family and I with compassion, warmth and respect. They have been considerate with my children as they can be high energy. The office staff is polite and informative, the doctors are engaged in caring for and treating myself and my children. We have been patience at North Country HealthCare for a little less than two years and have enjoyed our experiences.

This clinic is very poorly run. Also, they imply that they have doctors, which they only have through telemedicine, and not all specialties. Very deceptive. I gave them my insurance information and the girl looked at me like a deer in headlights! They billed me and I had to call with my insurance again when they would have already been paid in full. I will go back for minor needs and go to Flagstaff for special needs. I gave 3 stars for the NP, Shanna. I like her very much. The office staff is untrained and poorly educated.

No, I don't want a call from the supervisor. I would like my call returned in order to schedule a mammogram in November. I've called twice with no response and both times it went to the answering machine. Don't you have employees? My time is valuable and I don't appreciate having to listen to the answering machine message in more than 1 language. At least give an option!

UPDATE: There have been a lot of positive changes since my first review, which is saying something now with the pandemic. Their phone calls are managed quickly and effectively and they are following all rules because of Covid-19. I no longer have problems with the billing department either. They currently have a physician on staff, although I've never met him. Telemedicine appointments are effective and efficient which makes managing possible exposure to the virus negligible. Overall this clinic is providing much needed quality healthcare to the community. Shanna Ramat is my primary care and she gets 5 stars.
