We rushed our dog, per our vet’s recommedation, to Blue Pearl. They were waiting for her and admitted her immediately. She was in a life/death situation. She had to spend the night. They handled her with love and took such good care of her. They kept us posted on what was happening and even sent a text that night with her pic to show us she was doing better! We were scared, she was scared, and they put us all at ease. When I picked her up, she went up to all the people that made her feel better, without being prompted, to show them thanks and say goodbye. It warmed my heart. I hope she never has to have another emergency sitution, but if so, Aniol will go to Blue Pearl. 🩷

We had an excellent experience with our baby at the Golden Valley BluePearl Pet Hospital location. The staff was always very friendly and communicative. They taught us a lot about how to best care for our dog through the whole ordeal and were very understanding of any questions we had. They took great care of our boy while he was in the ICU and genuinely cared about him and his healing processes. They were honest with pricing and diagnosis. Kory and Amanda helped us understand how to better care for our boy and helped us get him home.

Our dog was in a fight. Dr Rachel McClellan was so nice and knowledgeable. She took very good care of our sweet girl. The rest of the staff was very nice and caring also. Great experience during a hard situation

I had a wonderful experience at this clinic a few months ago. My dog was attacked by another dog and needed stitches. He's a show dog so it was pretty upsetting. The vet he saw worked hard to save the piece of his ear that was ripped after another clinic said they would need to cut it off. It healed beautifully and you can't tell where the stitches were. The staff here is very skilled. I hope I won't need to come back, but if I do, I know my pet will be in great hands.

It was my first time going in an emergency with my beloved Maia Bella! She was sick, I couldn't do much for her and I was devastated but, I want to say that the team is very compassionate and my Maia Bella was treated so well before being...😭

I know that my Maia Bella was anxious for being in a different place but momma was able to calm her down, she was opening and closing her paws and purring as she always did while I was holding her. I know she had a happy live because I gave her a home and she was shy, but we gave her so much love that she fell in love with us the same way we did with her!

I want to say thank you for treating her so nice and that I did received today 7/8/24 the postal card! I love that it has a dedicated message for us about her. Thank you again!

We brought our puppy in because she got into some meds and od’d. she was in critical condition, they took right back gave her aggressive care. She rebounded remarkably being everyone expected her to die. She was doing so well we were able to bring her home the next day and she is thriving. Everyone there was so caring and helpful. We So appreciated every thing they did for us.

When we went there with our kitty we had to wait because it’s an emergency room and we had to wait like in human ER.. it’s good to not be rushed to the front of the line at human ER because it means you are not dying! Then when it was our kittys turn it was not free.. medicine doesn’t grow on trees.. and the team did good medicine! My kitty is still here!

I don’t really understand the negative reviews left here.. Disappointment in wait time is surprising maybe these people have been fortunate enough to never have gone to a human ER. And being upset at the prices.. think about how at a human ER these treatments cost astronomical amounts more! Something has to be paid for or there wouldn’t be an animal ER to bring pets to anymore! And saying that the staff are uncaring about pets.. those people wouldn’t be there getting treated poorly if they didn’t care about pets.. Have some sympathy for other people!

Went in over the weekend because our family dog was slightly bleeding from his incision site and our normal vet wasn't open. They wanted the same amount as the original surgery and to cut him completely open again to check the inside for infection, even though he was still in a happy mood, his vitals were stable, and they didn't think the infection got inside but needed to be sure. We got antibiotics and were told to kennel him, and not put anything on it, yet later that night the bleeding got worse and when called, we were told to bring him back so they could bandage it and they were supposed to do that when we first went in. After bringing him to our normal vet, a small part of his incision came out, and all he needed was some staples for that section and everything else looks fine. The attitude we got from the staff after saying we didn't want to pay that much for our dog made it seem like we didn't care, so they weren't gonna try to help us. When we went to a different vet over the weekend, they said "I am so sorry you guys went there". Would definitely not recommend bringing any animals here
