Realmente yo puedo decir q mi mascota fue muy bien atendida desde q llegamos hasta el final ellos fueron muy profesionales todavía hace unas semanas atrás recibimos una hermosa nota donde expresaban Y se unían al dolor q la familia está pasando al perder a nuestra mascota yo los recomiendo Y les daría mil estrellas si pudiera un abrazo a todo el personal los recomiendo.💯💯💯👏👏👏👍👍👍☺️🙂

It was time for my girl to cross the rainbow. My vet couldn’t help in time so I went to the ER. All the staff were so compassionate, caring and patient it made a really heartbreaking experience just a little easier. I would highly recommend for pet owners no matter what the emergency to go there for treatment of your pet family. They even sent a condolence card which was not needed or expected but so appreciated.

I can't say enough about them! From the moment I called they were nothing but patient and caring. Very very positive experience. Receptionists patient and understanding.Both vet tech and vet listen to my concerns and everything I had to say. Main thing they were very gentle with my 15 year old boy. Thankfully he came home with me. Doctor said today was not his day. Everything about AES was a very positive experience. Thank you

My dog accidentally ate some rat poison and I thought we were going to lose her, I was besides myself. They acted quickly and were very compassionate to me. They also treated my other dog because I wasn't sure if she had eaten any also. I can't thank them enough for saving my baby's life.

I found this experience to be outstanding from start to finish and I did not even realize when it would be over. Upon entering with Luna, a cat that I was caring for, They were very cautious, making sure that the owner of the pet realized that I have brought the cat in. Very polite very tactful very realistic…. Aware that the owner was involved by the time we finish this conversation. The front desk staff was exceptionally professional. That was very important to the owner.
It was apparent that there may have been some dental issues. The tech made sure that I was aware that they did not have dental services. She was concerned that I may want to save the cost of the visit in case I needed to apply it to a dental visit somewhere else . Amazingly sensitive ! She simply said some people might need to save that money to apply it to dental care . I opted to continue with the examination, full understanding that this was a $200 fee. (remember it’s $225 to go to a walk-in health clinic for yourself… let’s not talk about an emergency room) This Very pleasant woman spent time speaking to the owner of the pet who I was able to get on FaceTime . There was no rush she answered all of the questions that the pet owner had who was states away.

Luna, the cat was examined. The veterinarian returned, explaining some problems that Luna was having with her teeth, and one tooth came out during the examination. She then FaceTimed with the owner of the cat, answering all of her questions. She brought the tooth out in an in a baggie with a heart on it; no and the cat seem to be so much more relaxed after this examination. As I was not the owner, they did not want to send me home with medication to administer on a regular basis so they decided to give her a shot that would last two weeks. That was the best Option possible. Upon Leaving, I left with a medical consult that was already prepared by the veterinarian and printed up. This enables me to give the next veterinarian a full description of the examination. I thought I was finished and I was exceptionally pleased. I was in the office examination room for about 45 minutes. The total bill was $280. That included 200 for the examination and $80 for the medication. Bear in mind a tooth came out. During the examination. I wondered if I was going to be charged for an extraction, but I was not ALL FINISHED! but I was not…
The next day I got a follow up phone call. It was a wellness check on the cat… The cat was doing exceptionally well. There is no doubt that if we have a pet emergency again, this will definitely be the emergency room that we will be using.
I could not believe the fee was so reasonable!

This place was excellent! The staff was very friendly & compassionate. Dr. Kalonaros was very helpful and informative. Our bulldog suffered from a lung aspiration, and had to stay the night. I called multiple times throughout the night & was informed with updates & reassurance from the front desk ladies. I recommend this place, to anyone who is having an emergency with their dog!

Staff was incredibly compassionate, educational, and patient throughout my whole experience. They went above and beyond, and even contacted after our visit to see how everything was going.

This was the first time I’ve ever had an emergency with my childhood dog. It was a really frightening experience, but the staff was quick, calm, and efficient in addressing the issue at hand and any of my concerns. Even while waiting for test results, they were so kind and proactive in giving updates. They even went out of there way to provide extra services to ensure my dog’s utmost comfortability.

I’m forever grateful for their help.

I was back-and-forth at my vet all week with my cat, they were closing for the weekend so they recommended I bring him to AES for fluids and further testing, they ended up having to do surgery and found a blockage because of something he ate. Everybody was extremely welcoming and friendly there, I would definitely recommend ! So far my cat is doing so much better.
