They were very nice and took grateful care of my pup. my only issue I had was they didn't receive my text when I showed up, so they kept ignoring my car. I had to flag someone down, and all they said was they didn't see my text and kept walking to another car. Finally, a nice worker asked if I had been helped, and I showed her my timestamp of text messages. She apologized and helped me immediately. I would suggest training other staff to at least take the time to check the timestamp of the text msg since that is how you want us to communicate when we arrive. That way if a text is not recieved the pet parent won't feel invisible or ignored.

This place is very amazing they made spaying for my dog very simple. The staff there were very kind from the start and very informational about what was gonna be done and the aftercare. I would recommend this place to spay and neuter your cat or dogs. 🫶

DO NOT GO HERE*If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
I took my cat to get spayed last week and a few days later had to take her emergency vet. Turns out she has blisters and sores on her tongue. The sores were caused because the staff left her tongue hanging out her mouth while under anesthesia.
The emergency vet said her tongue will either naturally fall off or she will have to have it surgically removed.
How did they allow this to happen? Called and the director was condescending and didn’t give any help.
I’m at a loss for words with this place. Glad it’s closed and I hope they never reopen or if they do they have a new staff that is aware of the pets status.
I used to recommend people to go there and even had a friend get their pet fixed here. That was years ago clearly it has fallen apart.
What is unnerving is the staff is possibly helping the animals on the humane side…I wish those pets the best of luck and hope all the other cats keep their tongue.

Some of these bad reviews.. low cost does not mean low care. This clinic is amazing, I have brought my two cats ,and my dog here for the last three years, and have no complaints. They are friendly and compassionate.
