Best hunting black Labrador. Five years ago, Dr. TENWOLDE saved my old girl from an encounter with rat poison she was bleeding from the inside. About a year ago, her arthritis condition was worsening and he prescribed some medicine that really helped her. Recently, her arthritic condition has gotten much worse. He recommended a new medicine injectable once a month. She got her Injection about a week ago. Today we went for a walk she did not limp. She did not seem in pain. I cannot thank this Veterinarian enough. My labrador today is 14 years old. She’s happy Not in pain thanks to Dr T.

Absolutely wonderful staff! Had to come 2 times with 2 different fur babies and they make you feel very welcomed! Love their staff and the caring they give to my fur babies! Had to have our Mastiff put to sleep today, and they were beyond caring and compassionate! Love this place and their staff! If you need a veterinarian and yours is closed, call them! They are truly amazing!!! I Refer them to everyone!

My cat’s eye was injured to the point where it is going to have to be removed. Rushed the cat here. Paid $625 for an exam, anesthesia, and meds. They did nothing else to the cat. I have to go back to my usual vet and pay AGAIN for them to do the same things plus take the eye out.

I could not recommend Dr. Hamlet to anyone. I understood the eye would be removed, she did not remove the eye. During our initial conversion, she suggested I take the cat to a specialized cat ophthalmologist. My concerns about budget (I have four kids, I cannot afford specialists for my cat) were ignored. I felt she was just passing the buck.

After she examined the cat, I asked her what her opinion was regarding the cause of injury, and she astonishingly replied that I would know better than her. She was also condescending to the point of rude.

I complained to the receptionist upon leaving, and the most extraordinary thing happened. A burly female vet tech came out and started yelling at me that she wasn’t going to allow me to “badmouth her doctor.” She approached me, I was physically intimidated, and she told me to leave. She was about twice my size, and 25 years younger.

I will be avoiding this vet. The worst part is I’m really worried about infection setting in because the vet wouldn’t remove the eye. And now I have to take the cat to another vet and do this all over again.

If you need critical care for your fur baby, this is the place to go!! We cannot thank everyone at CVCC for all they did for our baby boy. By far the BEST staff to look after your fur babies during a critical time. They brought our boy, Max, back and after 3 nights/4 days there, we were able to bring him home to continue the healing process. I cannot thank just 1 person there as it took a village to get him back to us. I will say a HUGE thank you to Dr. Tenwolde for sitting on the floor with us when we first got there, making us feel right at home, and jump starting his treatment plan. We will be forever grateful for everything you all have done!

I had an emergency with one of my cats over the weekend. Our normal vet is not open on the weekends so we decided to try this clinic. We were very pleased with our experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the vet did a thorough job with our cat. Overall, we were very happy with our visit.

12 year old Yorkie that never expresses any difficulty couldn't raise her head on a Saturday morning (see video). I called this wonderful place and got her in within 2 hours.
We saw Miss Carla (Karla!?) and Dr Lane. Thank God for these caring people who work on Saturdays. We were ushered directly into an exam room, spoke with the tech and the Vet came right in.
She took time to listen about dog's typical health and put her hands on her. Within seconds, she showed me how the dog was painful with certain manipulations.
Yorkie was given a shot for pain and 2 medications and an hour later, we are home and dog is resting peacefully.
24 hours later, my dog is almost back to her normal self, I cannot say enough about my experience here.

Our 5 year old Golden Retriever tore his dew claw. They were able to get him in right away and quickly take care of the problem. The staff was great and we will definitely use them again if needed.
