I've been using Rocky Top since I moved to Greene County 4 years ago. They are THE best veterinary office around! The entire staff is very knowledgeable, kind, & supportive. They also treat my fur babies as if they are their own. I have one fur baby who is difficult, and everyone there makes the extra effort to accommodate her issues, which I am extremely grateful for. I also love the fact that they offer laser treatment after procedures, as an added level of care.

We have been using Rocky Top for a couple of years now. My 2 dogs love the office. We have moved away from Greeneville and we drive that 1.5 hours to bring our dogs to Rocky Top. Our oldest Max loves Robin Morrison. She's the best. He loves how she gives him attention. She helps keep Max calm. We never worry about leaving Max at the office for a check up or even for his Grooming when we know she is there. She treats him like he is hers. Couldn't ask for a better person than Robin.

After moving to the Greeneville area, I reached out to Rocky Top Veterinary Hospital (RTVH) to establish care for our cats. About two weeks ago, one of our cats became ill—he wasn’t eating and wasn’t acting like himself. I called RTVH to have him seen and also scheduled routine exams for our other pets. From the moment we arrived, Liz and Dr. Nix were wonderful.

Unfortunately, we made the difficult decision to put our cat down to end his suffering. Throughout the entire process, the care and compassion they showed both to our pets and to us, especially during such a hard time, were remarkable. They handled everything with professionalism and kindness.

Even though our first experience with RTVH was during a challenging time, I highly recommend their services. They made us feel supported and genuinely cared for our pets' and our well-being.

Took all 3 pups for their yearly checks and vaccinations today. Staff was super friendly, helpful, & loved on all 3 ❣️ 2/3 dogs have heart murmurs and I was given a thorough explanation AND information sheets on it. The pups are looking forward to their “staycations” and I know they’ll be in GREAT hands!!

Very nice facility and great staff. Our usually skittish cat was quite relaxed during the vet’s exam and vaccinations, and also while her nails were trimmed. We feel confident that our cat has received and will receive the best care in the area.

My dogs spay surgery was quoted at 265.58, I added a 12 dollar nail trim and a 34 dollar cone (was 24.00 on my estimate). When I pick her I'm told it was the total was 399.05. I asked if they could take the 34 dollar cone off and she said no, that it had already been "fitted". "Fitted" means sticking velcro on it, I know this because the cone I paid 34 dollars for was old, scratched all over, and covered in sticky glue from prior use.
