We had a house fire and Jan24 lost my father the September before & left our dogs with this place & insurance paid 4 times & Jen & I worked out payments upon pick up when I would receive the dogs. It’s been hard because we have 4 kids under 5 & my husband got laid off and it takes 6 weeks for unemployment but she & I we’re working on payment, my phone went inactive due to non payment so there was no way I could connect with her until today and I said what’s the update what should we do moving forward to work on payments and then she ( JEN ) said well I sent a text to you on a Friday saying if you didn’t pay me then I would sell your dogs. Jen knew and we both agreed she would be keeping my dogs until we get into the house I did not sign any contract that stated if I didn’t pay upfront that would give her the authority to sell any of my dogs. Our 4 children miss their doggies as well and also not to mention our bill was way over 4,000.00 and She said she got $2600.00 out of my 4 purebred dogs and I had a German rottweiler, dapple doxen, English bulldog who were all under 1 year of age and then my old English bulldog who was 3. Two out of four are emotional support service animals and they are all registered and microchipped. Never bring your dogs here the lady will sell them and come up with every excuse and tell you some sob story about how she can’t make her mortgage payments and how it’s the customers fault; not to mention trash talking her employee whom she fired and didn’t pay her and accused her of stealing money and keys to the kennel but to speak to me about this is kinda trashy. Just saying! Go to a different kennel because this kennel will be getting a lawsuit soon!

Jennie has said she sold my dogs for $650.00 each and didn’t even reach out to me as phone records were kept. Heather Ryman : her client is the one who sold my dogs for her. No wonder Heather left another review after the backlash on social media. She feels like she should leave a good review because they know what they have done.

If you want your dogs sold to someone else - take them here. She will come up with excuse after excuse on why she sold them to begin with.

I have always taken my dogs to Tess and Bob for grooming and or nail trim. Jennie there is a great person and very knowledgeable with my pets. If you ever need a great place for your dogs to be boarded while you’re on vacation, this is the place!

We love taking our pups to see Jenny. She’s wonderful. We wouldn’t take our babies anywhere else. She loves what she does and it shows with every grooming visit! 🥰

My husband took our poodle in for grooming at their earliest time he could. They kept her for 8.5 hours which to me is totally unacceptable. She was drooling and fidgeting all the way home which has continued today to her howling(which she has never done) and drinking an exceptional amount of water to the point she threw up. I am not sure what transpired but she has never been cage trained. I should add this was my third time taking her there. Her grooming was fine but I’m not sure about the care. They said they called a 1/2 hour before I got there and then when she verified the number she said oops she called a wrong #. Needless to say I will no longer be taking her there.

They take such great care of my boy! We love how our Ausky looks after getting all handsome with a bath, blow out, hair cut, nail trim, and just so much love! I recommend them to everyone who asks about a groomer. Love you ladies!!!!

They were great with my pup! He had only been groomed once before and he's a bouncy boy. They did a wonderful job cutting him short and making sure I understood that he was going to be cut short. No surprises. 😉 The staff was very friendly to me and my kids as well. We will definitely bring our puppy back. 😊

Boarded 2 cats and dog. None of them upset about the stay. Had the dog groomed before pickup very pleased with outcome. Took pics as next grooming after 1100 mile relocate.

Our Bay dog loves, loves, loves going here! They treat her like one of their own! They take the best care of her while she's away from her home and we appreciate them so much! The groomer lights up when she sees our dog and it gives us so much comfort knowing she's in such good hands! And they manage to get her nails trimmed for us which is a huge accomplishment considering other groomers in the area have turned her away because she's so big and wiggly! I don't know how they do it but again it just goes to show how wonderful they are!! ♡
