Dr. Felsman is amazing. I’ve always hated going to the doctor and I’m always super anxious. But Dr. Felsman makes me feel comfortable, she listens and cares, and she is always helpful and kind. She is a great doctor.
I’ve never had any issues with the Bristol Beacon, they’re accommodating when scheduling appts and I’ve never been stuck waiting long.

They are so freaking rude Everytime you call on the phone. The nurses act so inconvenienced and like you should already know the answers to the questions you're asking. The doctors rush in and out like it's an ER. They even prescribed a medication 3 times and asked why I didn't pick it up. I had an allergic reaction to it the first time that's why. It's scary and sad that they don't listen or get to know you.

PSA don’t ever EVER go to the Beacon Health office in Bristol IN. They have dropped the ball with sending in prior authorization for prescriptions on multiple occasions, called today to get an issue resolved in which I needed to speak to the on call Dr because my wife’s dr was out of the office and I needed a prescription fixed that only a dr in that office could sign for, after the triage nurse laughed at my request and said that it would be “inappropriate” to talk to one of their doctors over the phone and that I should just wait for Monday and try again. I then said that’s fine we can come in and talk in person I don’t care I just need my wife’s prescription fixed so she can get her medication. Then the triage nurse andria hung up the phone. I called back and spoke to someone else, they had my issue resolved in 5 minutes and I was happy with that. A couple minutes later I recieved a very professional phone call from the Bristol chief of police because miss andria had called them speaking of a deranged man making terroristic threats that was on his way to the office and kindly gave him my phone number. Luckily the chief was very understanding of the gross over exaggeration on the part of andria and was able to clear me of any wrong doing but my god I’ve never dealt with such a rude and ridiculous encounter as I had with Beacon Health System in Bristol

Thecstaff is wonderful and Dr. Felsman takes the time to ask questions but hears what I am saying. Tge whole staff is wonderful.

I have been patient of Dr. Felsman’s for well over 10 years. She is a wonderful physician and I would give anything to stay with her. However, due to no fault of my own, my current insurance does not work with her and have been forced to find another physician in the meantime. I have NEVER complained about any of the staff at Beacon Medical Group Bristol. Everyone I’ve ever encountered there has been wonderful - until recently. The reason for my one star rating is because of a nurse who I have been dealing with regarding the transfer of my medications and temporary refills. Her name is Cindy. I believe she only works in phone triage. The entire time I have been a patient of Dr. Felsmans, I have never encountered Cindy until a couple months ago. She has ZERO empathy for patients. I am extremely familiar with how Dr. Felsman operates as well of the standard of care. Cindy DOES NOT reflect either of those. She makes no exceptions for special circumstances or accommodations - even for patients who are very regular. She has talked down to me the past three times I have called needing assistance. She interrupts, and doesn’t let you finish speaking. Unfortunately, the office is closed right now, but I will be calling and speaking to the practice manager about the past three experiences I’ve had with Cindy. I was planning on returning to Dr. Felsman in just a couple months when my new insurance takes coverage, but if Cindy remains in the office, I won’t be back until she successfully completes some serious mentoring and appropriate corrective measures have been taken.

In an age where many doctors don't listen to your concerns and hurry up to push pills on you Dr. Felsman stands out as the exact opposite. She was recommended by family and didn't disappoint. She spent a substantial amount of time with me, asking questions, and making sure any concerns were addressed. The entire staff was friendly, personable and made everything from check in to check out actually pleasant. The waiting room was clean. I got in at my scheduled time. Basically I enjoyed going to the doctor. Who says that anymore?

Dr Granell is truly great. This is my first issue with this office, I had to call 4 times to get my medicine called in, when it was called in, I was a week late taking my meds. Dr's always say how important it is to take your meds on time.. so disappointing
