I scheduled a DOT physical 2 days ago at this County Road 6 location. I went to my appointment only to be told by the person behind the counter that "we don't do them here during normal hours", you'll have to go to a different location. Why can I book a DOT physical through your website for this location for that time if you don't even do them there at that time!!! Maddening. 1 star.

If I could give them Zero I would. I went there with my 17 year old son that has had a fever for 9 days now. I couldn’t get him an acute appoint with his doc they were so busy. They suggested I take him to a med point. I gave them my drivers license and insurance card. We went to the car to sit and wait as there were zero seats available. I went back in to get my ID and ins card back. She informed me that she would not check him in until he was in the building she saw us walk outside she could have mentioned that as I walked out. I was going to wait in the car and have him message me when he was called back. They informed me I had to stay in the building also because he was a minor. Most places would prefer you to sit in your Vehicle. It was so hot in there seems like they would want the air on to keep it cool. The lady at the front desk answers were Always I don’t know. We left and went elsewhere. The waiting room maybe has 15 chairs and that’s being generous. Don’t go there if you’re feeling terrible. Their reviews are terrible. It’s my fault I should haveChecked the reviews first. We went to physicians care on Johnson st in Elkhart. When we got there a 20 minute wait. The nurse practitioner and her nurse took their time with them. I will never go back to this urgent care. The front desk was nice and bubbly, just frustrated when you have a sick kid and they want you to wait in a small waiting area with other sick people.

Went to the urgent care Sunday right at 8am with my son because he had a fever going on for 5 days. Only reason they are getting 2 stars is because they got me back fast- I was in and out in less than 30 min. However, the doctor found nothing wrong with our son. Checked his ears and said everything looked fine, just a virus that was hitting him hard. Took him to his pediatrician today (Monday) for a second opinion because of how miserable he is. Double ear infection and testing for a possible UTI. Our pediatrician verbally gasped when looking at his ears because they were that bad- yet they were fine yesterday? I won't go back unless it's absolutely necessary.

I actually had a pretty decent experience here and wanted to share since there’s so many bad reviews. I came on Sunday, st Patrick’s day. There was no one in the waiting room. I handed the receptionist my insurance card and ID which she inputted while I filled out a brief questionnaire. Approximately 10 min after that I was seen by a nurse who took my vitals. Another 5-10 min after that the nurse practitioner, Dylan, came to see me. He was very kind and empathetic and spent time listening to me and my situation. I didn’t feel rushed and I felt heard and that he really had what was best for me in my situation in mind. Total trip was <1 hour. Gave 4 stars because the nurse that saw me asked which pharmacy I use and I don’t really ever go to one. I threw out one I’ve been to before and she commented that all pharmacies close by 6 on Sunday. Come to find out later there is a massive pharmacy on Ireland rd (cvs i think) that is 24 hours. I kind of felt like she should know that since it’s the only one in the area open 24 hours. Additionally, when I went to call them to ask if they could switch my script to the 24 hour pharmacy there is no call center or phone answering service on Sunday. Still, was seen pretty quickly and my issue was resolved so I wanted to give a review so other people could see the flip side of this center.

The wait time to get to see a doctor was ridiculous. After seeing the doctor the wait time to get my x-ray was ridiculous .after getting my x-ray the wait time to see the doctor again was ridiculous.

I was having trouble with my hearing. I thought a cold had settled in my ears. Turns out it was just wax build up. The P.A. flushed my ears and bingo, I was on my way.

I came in there with extreme amount of pain and they misdiagnosed me. Went to the hospital the next day and had to go into surgery
