My 12 year old Chihuahua, Bella was having severe coughing fits so we brought her to VCA All Pet Emergency Center. It was around 11:30, but the staff was very friendly even though it was about closing time. The main person who explained Bella’s condition was super kind and great at explaining things. I never understood what a heart murmur was, but understand a lot better. She was very nice and shook my family’s hands, making us feel welcomed. My dog was prescribed 3 medications to help her heart, and she is doing much better. Thank you for showing kindness to my dog and letting her have the best quality of life.

We took our dog to this emergency vet and had an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, providing multiple updates throughout the night without prompting. They answered all our questions with professionalism and care. The facilities are top-notch, making a stressful situation much more manageable. Highly recommend!

This is the absolute worst vet I’ve ever been to.
My son and I took our sick dog there and there was no one to examine him at all. Also emergencies happen all hours of day and night .
So this place is not an emergency vet .
We will NEVER go back. Pets are family members that are loved like a family member
And for this place to not have no one at all to see pet patients is just absurd. They should shut the doors for good
Terrible service actually we didn’t any service at all!. This place literally said we can’t see your dog . There’s no one here to examine him . The doctor is in surgery right now .
Definitely deserves a zero!!!

This is not the first time going to this place , we got terrible service the last time and they told us to put our dog down (euthanasia), they gave the wrong diagnosis, a year and a half later he’s still going strong .

No thanks at all to this place . He’d been gone if I had listened to these people who obviously don’t have a clue what they’re talking about

We took our dog Ziggy here & as soon as we got in the lobby he sadly passed. They immediately came out and offered to preform CPR. They then brought us to a room & let us see our boy. They then explained the options we had afterwards. They were all very nice.

I arrived at the clinic around 630a. Collin and Summer were very kind and compassionate during my sweet baby Bean's last moments. It's never a good time having to euthanize a pet but they did everything they could to make things go as smoothly as possible. Thank you so much for everything. It really meant a lot to me.

We noticed Kelsie (our dog) starting to act weird on Sunday. Her eyes looked weird and her left eye was obviously very foggy. We took her to VCA All Pet Emergency Center in evansville. They claimed her eye wasn't foggy at all and that it was just a viral infection. They didn't test the pressure of her eye or anything. Yesterday, we took her to her regular vet in lawrenceville because she wasn't getting better. They were SHOCKED that you guys didn't test the pressure in her eye. Kelsie now has secondary glaucoma and is blind in her left eye. The pressure in her left eye was OVER 3 times what it should be and was in pain from it. If you guys would have given her the care she needed, maybe she would still have her vision. We paid over 300 dollars for them to do nothing for her. Never take your pets here!

Took my sick kitty there on a weekend. The staff and dr was all so kind
However! I feel like I got taken advantage of financially. The amt of money is ridiculous. People cannot afford that! I wish they wud take the approach of what can we do now and then if this doesn't work take him to your vet on Monday. Im not even sure I believe the diagnosis. I feel now like I got taken to the cleaners
And since I'm here..hahha..let me say this. People are there for hours sometimes and u have the most uncomfortable bench. My god my back hurt. Surely if we have to pay appx $200 just to get in we cud sit comfortably?
But thank you. It was my decision. No blame. You serve a good purpose but maybe we need another clinic for the animals of poor people?

My mothers dog is currently extremely ill and clearly dying and we called every single vet we could around and no one could see her till December. My mother crying loaded her DYING dog into the back of her car to go to this emergency pet center to have some help only to be locked out. My mother rang the door bell and a women came to the front of the building saying they are closed till Thursday for “meetings”. My mother with TEARS in her eyes asked her what to do with her dog. They said Drive to Louisville or Nashville. This place is an EMERGENCY pet center and people should NEVER be turned away in this manner. Completely unprofessional and clearly shows their true feelings for their patients and families to those patients. DO BETTER. Apparently their “staff meetings” are more important than the animals they SHOULD be caring for. My mother dog will mostly likely die in the next few hours no thanks to this center.
-UPDATE-
My mother dog made it to the morning, she started having intense seizures. We called every vet close enough and had a hard time but finally got her into a vet in kentucky. They found a severe infection and by this point her liver and kidneys were Failing, we decided to put her to sleep as she was in to much pain. My mother dog was treated promptly like it should have at this establishment. And who knows could have been saved if this place actually cared about my mothers dog. Even if the only option was to put her down they should not have ever turned my mother away.the establishment my mother took her dog to said they were surprised by the Response given by this center. They have helped animals this place failed to do so before.
