Dr. Bob and his team saved my dog’s life and I’m forever thankful! If I could rate them more than five stars, I would. After taking our Izza girl to other vets that told us her case was hopeless, Dr Bob and his team were confident and reassuring that our precious dog would be okay. They absolutely saved her life and now we have more time with our heart dog. Thank you, Dr. Bob and All Pets Center, from the bottom of my heart!

Absolutely horrid place. Do not take your animals here. They will let them die and then charge $550 for emergency even though they are open at the time. Bill $700 total and you charge $550 just to see the animal. You let my daughter’s dog and puppies die because yo are inhumane! Who does this!!! You could have saved them and CHOSE not to then charge $700 to get her. Just horrid place do not take your animals here. I have talked to past workers and they say conditions are terrible and the Dr has no heart for what he does. He proved that!

I have been using Dr. Bob since I moved to Arkansas in 2002. He not only is my vet, but also a great friend. He and his staff are always friendly and professional. Over the years, my dogs have developed different maladies, and if Dr. Bob is not familiar with that particular problem, he always knows experts in the area who are, and refers you to them. So, thank you Dr. Bob and staff!

My cat was dying. I called about having him seen. I can give them some starts for being open thats a plus. many ER vets are hardly open anymore. Clearly you can count on this place to be open.

That said the girl told me it would be $550 for the pet to be seen. That is an INSANE fee even for an emergency vet. I called around and found another that took a $500 deposit and the fee to see the pet was only $170. I'm wondering if the girl on the phone didnt communicate properly and the $550 is also a deposit that goes towards treatment? In that case I thought you should know b/c it absolutely cost a customer.

If the drs fee is actually $550 just for the visit and exam that is absolutely insane. Places in Lr charge $170 for an emergency vet exam. I understand its after hours but that is inane if its the actual fee and not a deposit towards treatment.
