Dr Bundy and the whole team at Westfield Vet Care are amazing. They’re all patient and compassionate. We have taken six of our pets here for over a decade; they always make plenty of time to see our fur critters and love on them explaining process and plans throughout each visit. Our family dog, Kemba, a 13-year-old Lhasa-Poo, has been cared for by the Westfield Vet Care team since we moved here seven years ago. Two months ago, we needed to have "the talk" regarding end-of-life matters, as our dear friend was struggling to hear, see, and cognitively stay aware due to old age.

The vets and staff were absolutely amazing, and though putting our buddy down was one of the most difficult experiences we've ever faced, we are so grateful for their care and concern for our little guy in his final weeks and moments. We highly recommend this business to you, and can't say enough good things about this team of pet professionals.

We absolutely love Westfield Vet Care! The staff are always kind, and greet you when you walk in. Many things we do appreciate about this clinic but to name one: call in to let them know you’re here for you appointments. Which some may not like but I appreciate and respect because its comfortable for my big dogs and myself to come inside when they are ready for us! Some dogs have anxiety, some dogs have fear, and some maybe still getting used to their surroundings as a growing puppy. All of those reasons and many is why we appreciate the clinic and their staff for understating that better half of situation of owning a pet! The vets, Dr. Bundy (our primary), Dr. Kronland, and Dr. Kohlmann are very attentive and knowledgeable. They are open to discussion, listen, and provide their honest feedback. We are so happy to find this clinic for our pets and know for a fact that our dogs are in good hands when they are in their care!! Thank you for being amazing and doing your very best everyday!! We love you Westfield Veterinary Care!!

It’s hard to know who to trust with your fur babies, but I will always trust Westfield Veterinary—we’ve been coming here for years and will continue to. Every single person who works here is SO kind. They will go the extra mile for your animal because they truly care so much. Dr Bundy and Dr Kohlmann are incredible and my cats love them so much. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Bring your babies here!!!

We like the vets, but the staff isn't helpful and the office administrator is very unprofessional. Cannot recommend. ... and your reply is exactly the kind of passive / aggressive tone that got you the poor review Virginia. It is not a "courtesy" to tell your customers you will ship medication on a Monday, then tell them repeatedly that it did ship, only to have them find out when they drive to your office on Friday that it didn't actually ship until that very morning. Five days after they were told! That's not only completely unprofessional, but shows an alarming lack of concern for the well being of the pet.

They do this to hide all the bad reviews. Dr. Khan is rude and handled my cat poorly. They have 0 empathy and compassion for their patients.
