Ohhhhh my God!!! This hospital is a Community North for your pets. My little fur baby was stepped on by an unknown child and her foot was dislocated. Parkside hospital was so compassionate with us over the phone, unlike three other pet hospitals we called. We didn't have insurance they got us in the same day and the rates were fair. The service and staff were so sweet. The hospital was very clean and decorated for Christmas. We are so thankful for the care everyone gave my baby.

It's been a long time since we have had a dog fur baby and we adopted from Putnam County Humane Society 3 weeks ago. Dr. Craig put us at ease with a number of things we were concerned with and he was so good with "River" and us. His assistant Jennifer was super too!

Our dog is very high strung. They were happy to prescribe a sedative instead of muzzling him like our previous vet. They are very easy going and friendly. He went today, got all his vaccines and a blood test and was completely at ease. I am very pleased with the whole situation.

Seriously GREAT service here! Super knowledgable and will handle most of your pet questions/issues over the phone instead of making you come in for a paying appt! Super friendly and kind staff. Have been to 3 other vets over past 20 yrs and have found the docs at Parkside to be right on target on every pet issue over the past 2 yrs since we started seeing them. We have 2 labradoodle pups that have almost managed to have me calling the vet more than i called the pedetrician for my kids! :0

There was a mixup about my appointment and when I got there, everyone was gone except Dr Johnson and John, the tech. Dr. Johnson stayed and took care of my pet so I didn't have to reschedule. Highly recommend. Have always had wonderful experiences at Parkside.
