Google says this business is open 8-12 on Saturday’s. An emergency arose and we needed to put our dog down today on a Saturday. Nobody answered the phone, I decide to go to the actual clinic to see if anybody is there. Nobody is there. No signage on the door about unexpected closures or anything. The signage very clearly states open 8-12 on Saturday. Thank you ark of the dunes for this terrible experience.

We've been taking our dogs here for awhile now. They are the friendliest vet we have ever used. Also they have the fairest prices for their services. Awesome staff! I recommend them highly!

Don't believe the negative reviews. We have been bringing our animals here for years. During Covid of course things were screwy. Trying to help sick animals while following guidelines while being understaffed is hard. Anyway, the last 2 times we had issues with our pets they squeezed us in, including having to let our dog go. The staff is kind as could be. They could tell our pup was nervous, they showered him with attention that he soaked up. They were extremely sensitive to our needs before, during, and after. We were warned about what may happen and to not worry. At no time did we feel rushed with him. We were given as much time as we needed. I wish I could give the more stars. The treat your pet like their own. You won't find a greater vet in Porter County. I assure you that one.

Staff truly goes above and beyond expectations. These people actually care about what they are doing and the animals they're caring for. It is not just a job or business for them. Koko's laser treatments are helping her at an incredible rate and it is thanks to Andrea that she is doing as well as she is.
