All of their staff is amazing but especially their chiropractor Dr. Matt Monaco. I've seen multiple Drs and he is the only one that has gotten my alignments corrected and comfortable. I recommend him to everyone I know that needs any type of chiropractic care. He genuinely cares about his patients and their progress in treatment and it really shows in how he checks on you and remembers what works for you. He is also a very fun and sweet man to hold great conversations with during treatment. 🤗

I had been sick for over a week. I called at 10am be seen asap. 11:30 was my appointment. The NP Mary, I believe, was quite through with questions and explained what was going on with me. She told me it was the same symptoms she had seen with many others coming in sick.i was able to get my scripts filled there and I was home by 1pm. Very pleased with my experience this time. They have made vast improvements over the years. N.S.H. is where I used to go over 15 years ago. They've done well. Bravo!

Heather Piehl NP is the best! Shes got the best personality, intelligent, knowledgeable, and such a beauty! I’ve been seeing her as my GP for many years and whenever I have to see someone else at North Shore because she’s out of town, or I make a last minute appointment, her replacements are not very good.

I have been to this location now 2 times. The first time I have Shannon is my gyno she was amazing super nice and informative. The second visit I had was not so pleasant with another gyno. Can't really remember her name but she was just rude. Seemed like I was a waste of her time. She didn't check me for what was supposed to be checked. She really didn't seem to care she just genuinely wanted to get out of my room. I was offended by how rude she truly was to me and it didn't seem as if this was anything out of the ordinary. She spoke to me as if I was stupid and should know what I'm doing when if I did why would I be there in the first place asking questions and following up according as I was advised at my visit prior. I'll give this location a half and half for it's half golden staff. The front desk were also very nice and informative and gave me all the info i needed to get on a more affordable sliding scale that better suits my actual income. Over all I'm very happy with the office. Just some of their staff are rude and it made me almost embarrassed ro xome back for my follow ups because she went out of her way to make me looking good stupid for asking questions. Idk I just definitely know which gyno not to book my apt with in the future...

The experience i had as a patient at Northshore health center in Chesterton Indiana was beautiful. Staff was friendly, professional, extremely efficient at performing their jobs. Erica displayed true leadership and problem solving skills which provided me the client with a positive experience. My dentist was fabulous and her assistant Bella was awesome. I would highly recommend using Northshore health center to other individuals who are looking for quality Healthcare services.

They care! The doctor was kind and took her time. It was refreshing. I haven't been to a doctor that actually listened to me in a while. Definitely a great choice if you're looking for a doctor.
