They were friendly and professional. Was able to get me in the same day. My puppy was sick, and they were thorough, and informative throughout the entire process, and gave me quotes along the way so there were no surprises. And I’m pleased to say, my puppy was getting better within the first day with the treatment plan they created. I will definitely partner with them for the care of my goldendoodle.

Absolutely 5 star service from ease and speed of responding and scheduling the new patient appointment for my two babies ,Bruce and Leelee, to friendliness and responsiveness of the Tech and the Doctor. I even had a feeling my babies enjoyed the trip to the Vet doctor,which never happens. My babies were not shaking as usual . The exam by the doctor was very gentle ,the prescription fill was quick ,the nail trim for both babies literally 3 seconds each. The special note to a cleanliness of the office,exam room. Everything is sparkling!!!!!I am very happy to have my little babies as patients of this center.

Although we didn’t have to wait in the lobby area, it was very clean and inviting; I also noticed a complimentary mini fridge with water/soda. The exam room was spacious & extremely clean! Our Vet Tech Samantha(I believe) was awesome and so was Dr. Lahewala was very informative and explained everything she was doing during the exam. They took wonderful care of us and we will be back!🐾😊

My last vet I feel like ever really guided us with our high energy dog. Mossy just pushed medicine. Which we never gave our dog! Soon as I met the staff they listened and answered all my questions! The vet even started help training my dog when we were speaking! They also helped me sign up for the program to help with visit cost! Thank you to the staff for making me and Aussie feel welcomed!

I absolutely loved the care that this facility gave my fur baby Leo. The techs were amazing and friendly and the vet was absolutely amazing. She was very professional and extremely knowledgeable with in her practice all while explaining in a way i could understand. I felt like i trusted her and she told me certain things weren’t necessary which resulted in me saving money. My favorite part about this clinic was the whole team treated Leo like he was their own fur baby. Cooing at him, loving on him, talking to him like he’s a baby. I felt so comfortable and will definitely continue driving the 35 mins because they are that awesome. 10/10 would recommend this clinic to anyone i know. <3

I wish you could put negative stars. The service and treatment we have been provided has been horrible.

1st. I recommend getting prices in writing because they will change pricing.

2.We spent over $1000 and was never called with the ultrasound results or xrays. We called and still 2 weeks later they state the vet is busy and cant read the results. How professional. We eventually ended up at Avon Vet clinic and they were able to help us out. I recommend staying away.
