The team is absolutely fabulous. The entire staff is professional, courteous, and efficient. The care provided to Lil Miss is always stellar. Regarding boarding, Lil Miss loves staying there and I have total trust in the staff looking after her while I am away. Thanks for all you do, and how well you do it!

I came in to this office for the first time today due to an emergency with my dog. He was bitten by another dog and had a pretty nasty wound to show for it. I was a complete panicked mess walking into the office because I was so worried about my dog, and every single person in that office took care of us with patience and grace. I am so thankful this is the clinic I live close to, we will only be coming here for our pets needs from now on! Again thank you to all the staff there at Converse Animal Hospital! Y’all are the best 🫶

I got all I needed to know about this clinic by a phone call to schedule. I wanted to establish services for a puppy and older dog, each needing different things. The receptionist was cold, at best and refused to concisely go over the fees with me on the phone just listed them all off super quick and each thibg was a la carte so it was a lot, when i asked to hear them again so i could calculate exact cost myself she said they would tell me at the appointment and i could refuse anything at that time. I'm not interested in refusing anything my dog needs nor wasting time with a vet I cannot afford. In this economy, fees are important for me to know beforehand. I was rushed through scheduling and had an overall really bad feeling about the place. Hopefully I can find another vet in the area who is transparent about fees and sounds like they actually want my business. After reading the other negative reviews here, I'm assured that I made the right call.

Dr. Chude was great with my girl Miki. Didn't rush and took the time necessary to explain what would be necessary to figure out what is causing Miki to have seizures and answering the questions I had. All the staff present were also terrific with the way they interacted with Miki which is highly important to me.

They keep not scheduling my one dog for his monthly refills and cytopoint. They scheduled me to come at 8:30 am on as usual, to have them not open yet due to ONLY the front desk girl being really late. I nearly went home because I wasn't notified. I also wasn't notified of a parasite that can go from human to dog or dog to human as well. The appointment scheduling issue keeps putting him at risk of skin infections due to his itching without the cytopoint and Prednisone working together. Yet, this is the 3rd time in 6 months, and 2nd in 4. It is upsetting. They're nice staff, but nice isn't the service I'm paying for for my dog's upkeep and care. If put at risk again, the practice will eat the cost of his treatment for skin infection. Non-negotiable. I am a veteran with adult untreated ADHD, weekly treated PTSD, and grief issues. They contacted me saying I cannot have my dog seen anymore because I got tired of them putting him at risk with their "forgetting" to schedule his monthly appointment. Need what they said? Their response directly violates the Americans with Disabilities Act and the EEOC as well as another I don't want here until done on my side. They won't even refill his thyroid meds now. They kept changing appointments too without prior knowledge. The invoices I keep in their folders for records proves it. Plus, they did not inform me of the risks of potential to end up with one of the rare parasites that can be passed from K9 to human and vice versa. I ended up with it. Multiple vets including a fill in vet where they all kept changing poor Bouncer's treatments around from vet to vet at the practice, further keeping him jacked up. The last 7 months has had a verified 6 other people in a similar position with one going to report to the Texas Veterinary Medical Board. All about money and maximizing profits here. I did make 1 oops with mixing up a full script and an empty one. 6 practices and this was the only one he, my one pup, kept being constantly unhappy with.
