I love the Dr and all the staff!! Especially Brooke and Aubrey!! They took such special care of my Lou Lou after she was hit by a car. They give great care and love my baby like I do! Awesome!!

I love this clinic! Brooke helped me with my animals and loved on them as if they were her own. She was also very knowledgeable about concerns I had which I appreciated. The doctor was very nice, funny and extremely helpful. He explained my flea, tick, heartworm prevention medication options to me during their exam and how they worked and what they cost and that's something other doctors in the area don't do. I needed help taking my dogs back to my car after we were done and Brooke was busy so the doctor volunteered to help me which I felt like was extremely nice and not something I wouldve found anywhere else. Other local vets are either so expensive, theyve gotten so busy that they have forgotten what it was like to be focused on the animals not money, and/or have gotten so greedy when it comes to selling their medicines. Town & Country really took care of my animals as none of the others did and they helped me save money on the medications where others wouldn't. I will definitely be using them going forward.

The doctor was fine and the ladies who picked up the phone seem nice but highly over worked. They aren’t quick to return calls, however I assume it’s because they become extremely busy and preoccupied. The price I felt was extremely high ( $95 ) for a 14 week old kitten, booster shot and 1yr rabies. Use to paying $50 but I’m new to the area.
My thought was to pay for the shots and go with their boarding option, only given to clients but even then it went awry because they saw my kitten but not my dog, which I did ask about before we went. However, when I went to set it up I was told there may be an issue. I’m still waiting on the phone call if they will accept her or not because they didn’t see her.
Overall I would say they are nice and Dr knows what he’s doing, but staff appear to be over worked and very busy. They also are not located in the same place as maps state in Alexandria but slightly further away.
I do think, I will do some comparison on pricing for next year annual shots.

Dr. Leonard and his staff are amazing! On two separate occasions he has met with us after business hours to help our babies, one of those times being a holiday! One of our dogs is hearing impaired and the staff has always gone above and beyond to make her feel comfortable during her stay. I highly recommend because they are genuine, caring people.

This place is the best! My dog had puppies and these guys were there for me all the way through her pregnancy and once the puppies came they helped me through a lot of up’s and downs! Couldn’t ask for a better group of people! Thank you guys so much!!! I couldn’t have had 9 healthy beautiful puppies if not for your help!

First and last time trying this place. Both receptionists were good. Leonard on the other hand, the worst vet I have ever seen. Very unprofessional with no bedside manners. If you have other options use them first.

I'm a trucker who travels with two Schnauzers. My older dog Josie developed a nasty dry cough that worsened over the time coming back from up north this week. At our yard I looked up the nearest vet and found this place less than a mile away. A quick call and they were waiting for us when we arrived. The staff and doctor were very helpful and friendly and quickly found she had a bronchial infection and fixed her up! I cannot thank them enough for the quick service and reasonable prices!

I love this clinic. The staff is super friendly and very professional. This was my first visit to them, sadly for euthanasia. But the staff were all so kind and comforting. I'll definitely make this my vet of choice from now on.
