I had amazing experience at Bond Vet today 9/20/24. From the very first impression walking in, the facility is the cleanest I've ever seen. It smelled fresh and the environment was welcoming. The staff were all incredible and worked together to get my baby the care she needed. Their billing practices are incredibly upfront and transparent. You know what you're going to pay *before* they do the work. I highly recommend this practice for your fur babies!

The best vet, Erika at the front desk helped me get settled in and Dr. Nadia Rodriguez and her team were so kind and helped my kitty. I am so grateful to have found this vet who I can trust and explain how I can best care for my cat. The team at the Bond Vet - Jersey City location is the best. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Buchalter has been treating our dog, Kane, for over a year now and has provided him with the best care. She is very knowledgeable, always answers our questions thoroughly, and treats Kane like he is her own. Kane has a complicated case and Dr. B has been there for Kane/us every step of the way. She is the best!

Called Bond Vet at 5pm to find out availability and pricing. Arrived at 5:40. They close at 6, and despite accepting walk in’s they didn’t treat my kitten. The triage nurse came out to take my kitten’s temperature and told me that eye illness can be serious and escalate quickly leading to eye removal. Then he followed up by saying they can’t see him because they close at 6 and to go buy a cone from a pet store to stop the kitten from touching his eye. Then he suggested an ER visit. Complete laziness. If you close at 6, don’t turn someone away at 5:40.
