Dr. Dell and her staff were very sweet my my cat, even though she was super grumpy. Loved the tour of the facility and was impressed by their procedure room, warmed beds for post-procedure, and all of their lab equipment. Their AAHA accreditation is also important to me. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

Everyone seems so sweet and nice when u walk in but the care I receive was horrible. Took my two cat to be looked at for behavior issues I’m at the appointment. They took the weight of the cat and old medical history and that that’s it and it cost me $125 just for them to do that. Been here multiple times times for my cats. TRIED tons of medicine for my cat that didn’t work but they insisted to keep trying. then I reached out to get more information about the next step we should try and I was ignored and no one got back to me. Ended up having to get rid of one of my fur babies. If there was a 0 star option I’d leave it

Currently looking for a vet in the Northern Kentucky area. Had high hopes before calling this office since they are for cats only and my cat has an epilepsy diagnosis, which is uncommon. The woman who answered the phone was extremely condescending and rude. She was quoting a price double what I currently pay for a routine exam and yearly bloodwork. When I questioned her on the pricing I was met with condescending questions. I had called other offices prior to calling them and was quoted a much lower price and more enthusiasm to accept my cat as a new patient. Having worked in the exotic animal industry the last ten years I have been in contact with many veterinarian offices and never had an experience like this. Very disappointed.

Dr. Dell and her team are fantastic! They took amazing care of my senior orange cat and loved her just as much as I did, even when she was being an absolute brat towards them! My cat had many chronic health issues, and they were thorough and compassionate in their care of all her ailments.
I appreciate that this is a no-bark facility and that there's a great team of people working at this practice. The facilities are clean, safe, and accessible. With a small pharmacy onsite, I was able to get some of the medication I needed to support my cat's health at our appointments. Dr. Dell and her team were always ready to answer any questions or concerns I had with regards to my cat's health. I appreciate the care they show towards their patients, and will definitely bring my next cat to Dr. Dell!

I started taking my cat Comet to Dr. Dell after he had a surgery at a previous vet. I had felt that our previous vet did not properly address my concerns about Comet and the pain he was in. From the first visit, Dr. Dell immediately got to work and introduced me to the feline grimace pain scale. She educated me thoroughly and showed me that Comet was in a lot of pain as I had thought. Over the next 6 weeks Dr. Dell and her amazing staff did absolutely everything under the sun to help Comet. He was given pain meds, all of my concerns were addressed, and he was happier than he had been in weeks. Dr. Dell made sure Comet had the most pain- free last 6 weeks of his life possible. I could not recommend the Cat Vet of Hebron more. Thank you all for making sure Comet was taken care of and loved. 🩷
