First, we called get put on hold (which is completely fine) however, we wait, wait, and wait some more. Then finally when you can hear the phone moving around thinking “okay, they’re gonna talk to me now” they hang up!! Called back, was gonna get put on hold yet again, and my husband spoke up and said “Ive been holding, I just need an emergency appointment for our dog.” Very rudely the girl replied with “we don’t have anything open till Monday.”
So, we have an emergency and you’re just gonna laugh and say we pretty much can’t be helped?! Also keep in mind we called as soon as they opened. Not late in the day.
This is our REGULAR vet. Our dog has seizures so we’re constantly there. Either for normal maintenance, blood work, her seizures are worse, our other dog needs in, or just for medications. Called to get her in once again for an EMERGENCY and was told they had nothing available for another 5 days! The one time we need an emergency visit we get turned down?!? We can only be seen if it’s in their convenience?! By 5 more days our dog could be dead!

EDITED to add: Called which would be now, 5 days ago to get her medication refilled. Was told they didn’t have either one in stock, and it would be there either that same day or the next day and they would give me a call when they got it. Still no call! It’s not like it’s important seizure medicine or anything. Sad to say we will no longer be using this clinic! Been there almost 3 years now but the experiences we’ve had over the last few months is unacceptable.

Dr.Emily is amazing, and the staff are all so considerate. I would recommend this vet clinic over the others in Paragould, Ar!

These are just a couple of pictures of how this clinic decided to let my poor fur baby go home. No antibiotics for the SERIOUS infection she had from another animal bite which they were informed of (because I previously took her to the ER clinic a month prior) ALLIED ANIMAL ER did more for her than they even tried!! And she was healing she needed more antibiotics and she would have been fine! Instead they decided to cut her foot open more, supposedly Clean it not even stitch it up no dressing no nothing. 3 measly pain pills which did not help her clearly! She is now DEAD 5 days after said procedure and I HAD TO WATCH HER SUFFER. I called this place first thing in the morning and couldn't get thru to anyone all day! Called their "EMERGENCY" On call vet number and got no response until she was dead 6+ hours!!

Now WE have to suffer this incredible loss because the carelessness of people who obviously aren't in it for the right reasons or procedures and such would be done right and they would ensure our pets don't suffer!!

OUR PETS HAVE NO VOICE IT IS OUR JOB TO SPEAK FOR THEM ESPECIALLY IN CIRCUMSTANCES SUCH AS THIS ONE!!

Everyone at this office is very caring, compassionate and professional. Dr. Miller is an amazing dr. They go above and beyond for the animals they care for. My dog recently had to have surgery and unfortunately he did not make it through. But the dr himself called me to let me know what happened and that they did everything they could to try and save my baby. I know in my heart that what he said was true. They even made a special paw print for us to have as a keepsake. Everyone was so compassionate when I came to get his collar and pay (they didn't charge me for anything) Highly recommended this place to anyone looking for a good vet

Wonderful environment. Spaces were clean and organized. I brought my baby (a 2YO male feline) Ash whome had an encounter with a dog which left him with a puncture wound. The staff never judged me for waiting almost 10 days before bringing him in. I tended his wounds hoping to heal it at home and not spend a fortune in vet bills. Unfortunately his wound had gotten very infected and I was out of my depth. I swallowed my pride and made an emergency appointment. The staff loved him and took immediate action. After about two hours of sedation, debriding his wounds, and even removing some narcotic skin he was returned. He is healing nicely even with the cone on his head and shows signs of strength growing each day. I highly recommend their service. They even offered financing through care credit if the expense is too much. My expense was about $380. I feel terrible for waiting so long... But I know that he now has the best chance for survival. With patience and lots of care, we will overcome this and continue to grow as a family. Bless the staff that cared, and bless them for being affordable. You all did an amazing job!
