I've been to this hospital on multiple occasions.
I am still here and very much alive.
MOST of my experiences with Baptist Memorial Hospital-Crittenden has been very professional and the workers seemed very concerned.

My ONLY complaint is after an outpatient scan, the worker (he said his name was Shawn) NEVER said anything to me about when or how I would receive my results.
He just walked ahead of me to show me out the exit.

I had to ask HIM before leaving out of the exit.

When a customer has had a procedure done, allow them the courtesy of explaining how results will be obtained and possibly when.
Other than that, the hospital workers has been very considerate and professional by my standards.
I am a medical professional of 19 yrs.
Whatever I do for the patients I care for, I attempt to ease their minds, thoughts and heart of them with consideration of explaining each and every detail of their procedure and/or care.

I was completely impressed by every staff member I interacted with from the front desk clerk to the nurses, the providers, the CT tech, X-ray, and housekeeping. You have an amazing group of people there! As a nurse for almost 30 years, I don’t think there is another facility I’ve been treated at or worked for that was as caring, thoughtful, and professional as this one. KUDOS TO EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU! God bless you all!

Now that I see that my original review was deleted and time stamped/detailed .I'm going to make another. I was billed for something they didn't do. The receptionist was irritated and on her phone , during my check in . They lied about my vital signs that were not taken and the doctor came in said two words(no introduction )to me then left . This hospital sits on the side of a highway and looks lonely but I was carelessly observed. If you're not a older person with critical conditions, they will send you on your way. Go to Memphis better chance being cared for .

Great care team. The teamwork between doctors and nurses and techs was seamless and they were thoughtful and kind when I was far from feeling my best. They transferred me to a bigger facility for my healthcare needs but they definitely played a role in getting me closer to recovered and ready to get back home.

When I got there I was in so much pain, but they were quickly very nice. Riley is an awesome triage nurse. Sara was amazing nurse The lady who took me to take my CT was great the doctor. I don’t remember his name, but he was awesome as well. He tried his best to get The problem resolved He gave me a referral to find people to help me with my situation.

I had Mindy and Josh as my nurses when i came in for an allergic reaction in the ER. They listened well, treated me quickly, and were incredibly kind. These people made my day so much better when I was having a very hard moment. Give them a raise and maybe bake them a cake because they are upholding the standard.

I have never experienced more caring people. I checked my stepmother into the ER, everyone was so professional, courteous and caring.They treated her and I with the utmost respect. Once she was given a room, Mr Shawn Martin-Elliott,RN was amazing. She was so at ease

I've unfortunately been in the hospital many times in the last two years. In either the ER or admitted in the hospital. The Baptist Memorial in West Memphis has been exceptionally good to me in both cases. The Doctors, Nurses and Staff have always been wonderfully kind and caring to me. They've always put in a tremendous effort to make me feel comfortable and help me to get well. I can't ever thank them enough.
