We have been with them for years! Very professional and kind staff. Just started back here after 2 years of my last dog passed (due to old age).
However, I'm noticing the prices are different after told something else.
I took my new pup for her 1st set of shots, was told it would be $134 plus tax. Well after her shots, the taxes must be outrageous because I was charged $214 something.
Two days later, I was leaving her for boarding and was told her 3 days would be like $156. Picked her up, bill was $242! Umm, please stop surprising me with the markups, I'm already on a budget.

Highly recommend Taylor Crossing Animal Hospital. Our pup developed a rare hormonal issue and we went through multiple vet offices trying to find a correct diagnosis for her symptoms. When we finally arrived at Taylor Crossing, Dr. Jessica Loch figured it out right away and started her on the right treatment. Dr Loch and the team were great to work with, very caring, and reasonable priced for their services. As we moved from the MGM area Dr Loch and the team continued to reach out and check on her, their kindness is so much more than we ever expected from a vet office. So deeply grateful we found this clinic in East Chase.

I've had many veterinarians over the years due to traveling, but this vet office is by far the best I've ever experienced. They offer an impressive range of services, from routine care to more advanced treatments, and even doggy daycare, which has been fantastic for helping dogs that need extra socialization or just FUN. Their online system for appointments, medication orders, and reservations makes everything so convenient.

What truly sets them apart, though, is their kindness and compassion. From the front desk staff to the technicians and veterinarians, every interaction is warm and caring—for both pets and their owners. It's clear they genuinely love what they do. On top of all that, their prices are the most reasonable I’ve found in Montgomery. Highly recommended!

I was more than happy with the care my dogs received, and I know from personal experience that this clinic uses technology and tests that are greatly up to date, they have access to better data and analysis tools than the clinics I have used or worked with in the Montgomery area. Everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful whether they were a Receptionist, Technician, or Doctor. They managed to create an account for me, obtain my animals previous records, and service four pets all in the course of one day.

I had a great experience wiith Taylor Crossing from the first phone call through our first visit. The staff was. Helpful and professional from start to finish. Morgan was our first contact and she assured me that they could help me with my pet same day.
My pet is a beautiful Holland Lop bunny. He needed some trimming and some medical advice. All needs were treated in an exceptional manner. Morgan welcomed us and cared for us during our visit. Dr. Osborne was available to assist with treatment. We left the office with satisfaction that our current needs were met and that our future needs would be welcomed as we'll.
