I’m a senior citizen and have experienced many vets in my lifetime of pets. Dr.Wallace is exceptional and it’s so refreshing to have a health care professional treat you as if you DID have a brain. Dr. Wallace works with you to find the best solutions for your pet, she is informative and caring. I’m so happy to have found this amazing clinic.

I recommend the clinic, they are loving and compassionate. I want to thank everyone for being there for Rosie. I felt very comfortable in the setting as she was passing over.

Please ignore everything in Rance George's review. I was sitting in the lobby and can confirm that everything that he left in his review is absolutely inaccurate.

I've been bringing my dog to Gulley Park Vet for the last couple days because he hasn't been acting like himself. For any pet parent, this can be absolutely brutal. Noah and Travis at the front desk have always been able to put a smile on my face. They're so kind and are an amazing representation of the clinic when you first walk in. I work in customer service so talking to clinic employees that actually seem like they're interested in what I have to say is unbelievably comforting.

Now, let's talk about Rachael and Dr. Wallace. Dr. Wallace is the kind of vet that will sit with you and your dog on the floor and explain everything in layman's terms with no issue. I know that it's hard enough seeing my dog go through this, but to not understand what a vet is saying to me is worse. That wasn't ever a problem while I was here. Everything was explained beautifully. After x-rays, Dr. Wallace recommended that Max (my dog) should have an ultrasound examination to pin point the problem area before we talked about surgery. She and Rachael teamed up and found a clinic that would see Max same day for an ultrasound. Now, obviously, I am an absolute mess. The fact that these two people took the time to make sure that we were taken care of at a different location (sending records, putting us on a schedule) goes to show just how far they will go for your pet.

Unfortunately, my boy needs surgery. After drop off this morning, Rachel has eased my worry. She told me about her own pet's surgical experience and her confidence gave me confidence. There isn't a clinic that I would trust more to take my dogs leash from my hand than this one. Noah and Travis made sure that I knew I could text or call at any point in time to check on my dog because they get it. They understand how stressful this is. That's what makes their clinic so different than the others. It's so obvious that they understand and they go above and beyond to make sure that you and your dog are taken care of.

So as you continue to read Google reviews because, let's face it, you wouldn't be here unless you were trying to find a vet for your animal.. take them to Gulley Park Pets Clinic. You will be listened to. They will take budget into account. They will make sure you and your pet are comfortable.

*update* Max is recovering perfectly and I have this wonderful clinic to thank. I won't take my dogs anywhere else.

The guys at the desk have always been great, very polite and professional. Nice guys, a little pricey but our pets are worth it, right? RIGHT! BUT, After the way I got treated by "Rachel the red head" today I would drive my pup to ft Smith before I would ever give them another dime. Here's what happened... We had our new puppy scheduled since last month for her 3rd round of shots today, that they told us would allow her to be safe out in public dog parks! Well, we got there and this person Rachel came out and had a list of things to discuss with me that they wanted to do, and it was gonna cost over $180. So, I simply said we weren't prepared for all that we had just expected to pay for the shots. But we would do them, and the heartworm prevention and reschedule for the rest the following week. She made me feel like I was a terrible owner or something bc I wouldn't let them do it all. So I just had to tell her we couldn't afford it all that day and requested to speak with the Dr myself about it. She stated her title and said she would talk to the Dr for me, but before that just kept on saying over and over "so u wont let us do this or this or this today" pointing at the other things listed. Like 3 or 4 times until finally I said "ma'am 1 more time all I can do today are the shots we had planned and the additional heartworm prevention treatment" its all i could afford yall! Im a veteran on a fixed income and all our bills are due on the 1st... but when i said that she lost it! Said I would not be talking to her that way and she was going to print our records and i could leave! My mind was blown. I couldn't believe how this person was treating me as a return customer 3 months running, especially in this business setting. This is the 1st time I'd ever had the pleasure, if u will, of speaking to her. Completely rude, felt degrading, and I know, as a business owner myself, she was very unprofessional. So I left with my puppy needing shots we had been waiting a month for... not only that but we came back later that day 2 different times to get that list of services printed off they wanted to do and both times when i pulled up she locked the door on me yall!!! Lol, too crazy to make up! The 1st Time was around lunch so I just left thinking surely they're just eating. But the 2nd time it was about 3 and we literally watched her walk in from around the corner of the building as we pulled up! So this time i knocked haha, and she came and opened the door and smugly said "yesss" so as politely as i could, i requested a printed copy of the list we had discussed to give to my wife. She asked if it was for another clinic and i knew better than to say yes, so i just repeated AGAIN "no, its for my wife so she will know what our puppy needs." And this nightmare looked me dead in my face and said "i will get that for you but we will no longer be giving you any service here" and shut the door on me an left me standing on the proch haha! I was still just shocked so i didnt even respond just waited. But when she came back i did tell her i was gonna let people know what happened and im a man of my word so here ya go. My 1st negative review EVER by the way but this is too good not to share. SO for the best part.. We got an emergency appointment with Vinewood in Prairie Grove and we got that entire list she wanted done for over $100 LESS than what Gulley park was gonna charge us!!! And on top of that our new vets at Vinewood told us our puppy WOULD NOT have been safe until she gets another booster based on the records we had from Mrs. Rachel. Yall better believe me when I say I'm so very glad this happened today. Too blessed to stress! Highly recommend Vinewood. Very sweet very thorough very professional and courteous. And like I said the same service for $77 that Gulley park wanted to charge us $186 for. You may have to call ahead to get on the schedule though. They stay booked up! Good businesses do. I hope Rachel will treat others better. She certainly should. Especially if they're gonna over charge people that way. Bye bye Gulley park

I have an appointment for my pup but I get busy with work. Not a problem, asked someone I know to take my dog to the vet in my place (called and confirmed with the office that's okay). When she gets there she realizes she doesn't have a leash so she calls the office for a leash and gets put on hold. No big deal, until she's waiting way too long and it's close to the appointment - so she decides to go in. After waiting several minutes of being ignored whilst two coworkers talk behind the desk gets told she's late and he can't go on with the appointment.

Love this place! Everyone here are so good to the pets, as well as the owners. We had a Toy Fox Terrier (Roxy) that would get so nervous to go to our previous vet, her blood pressure would shoot up. Here at Gulley Park, she was actually happy to go! That both said & meant a LOT to us! All of the staff here were so good to her! Unfortunately, at 16 years of age, we had to say goodbye to her this past January. We can't thank everyone at Gulley Park Pets Clinic enough for their care & understanding, nor can we say enough about Dr. Romy Wallace being there for us during a extremely heartbreaking time! We now have another baby girl, Bella (a Chihuahua), as well as Buddy (a Shollie), and we wouldn't have anyone else caring for them! A HUGE thank you to Dr. Romy Wallace & staff for all you have done & continue to do!

My dog had his first visit with them today and I love them already!!! Staff is amazing & so nice! Such a comfortable and caring environment <3 My dog is still puppy-ish, very high energy and LOVES people, still in the jumping stage, and they just loved on him the whole time! And the office is so pretty! Would recommend this place to anyone!

Everyone was super compassionate and helpful. Our assistant Caitlin was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable right away. As someone with tattoos it made me feel awesome to see workers displaying them openly, and made me feel like this environment was comfortable enough to be open and honest without judgment. Thank you for the amazing care!
