I'm a veterinarian visiting family from out of state, and my aunt's cat was very ill when I got here. It was so difficult to see him suffer and not be able to help him. The team at Mulberry Grove was amazing. They were able to fit us in before I had to leave and showed incredible care and compassion to my aunt and her beloved BJ. The hospital is also beautiful and efficiently run. I'll be referring all of my "snowbird" clients in the future.

I want to thank from the bottom of my broken heart Mulberry Grove for how caring and compassionate Dr McGlougin (not sure of spelling, so sorry) and her vet assistant Jordan were at the most difficult time in deciding if it was time to let our Bella go. Bella had SARDS, partially deaf but it was her stomach issues she’s had for a long time that led to her not eating again for a few days. We called for an appointment and they got us right in.
As gut wrenching as this decision was, we were put at ease and comforted with our choice to let Bella go.
We know we did right by her and will heal with the loss.
We were given options, and explained what would happen and time to be with her after as long as we needed. We were given her paw print and a spot to put a picture in.
As I write this with tears running down my face, I just wanted to tell them and everyone else how grateful we are for the wonderful Dr and her assistant for their compassion for Bellas care since we moved here.

The staff was awesome and very accommodating. I had a last minute call in appointment and they fit me in when everyone else could not. I will definitely be coming back for my pet check ups here.

Our original vet all of a sudden closed on Saturdays and I had to get her seen ASAP. They got us right in, same day. They didn’t dismiss my concerns and they listened to what I had to say. ALL of the staff were extremely professional and compassionate. My pup is extremely dependent on me & doesn’t really like to be separated. She’s 8 & I’ve had her since she was a baby. They were SO patient & gentle with her. Dr. Sutton was amazing! She gave me my options and not once did I feel like they were trying to take advantage of the situation. Their prices are more than fair too. While our old vet was okay, they recently went under new ownership and I’ve noticed a huge difference. By the end of our visit at Mulberry Grove, I requested all my records be transferred so she can be seen there from now on. I highly recommend them!

Very caring pet care. Mulberry Grove has cared for our 15 year old cat for several years now including bladder stone surgery and prescription thyroid management. We have always been impressed that the Drs call to discuss and interpret any test results. The staff are true care givers and the facility is always spotless.

I’m not a fan of this vet clinic. Prices are outrageous and Dr. McLaughlin did not seem too interested in helping my dogs. I tried them 3 different times and had the same experience each time.

Took our dog to mulberry grove vets, all they did was give a worm pill and cans of dog food. Dog was getting worse, took to an urgent vet clinic, they took blood, did an xray and exam. Turns out her temp was very high, white blood cells were very elevated, xray showed the dog had pneumonia and quite bad at that. We were given a very strong antibiotic, and because it was an urgent care we were recommended to follow up with our vet... IT WON'T BE MULBERRY GROVE either.

Took my dog in for a consult to have her spayed. They charged $70, to check a temp and wt. They would not give me an estimate or any idea what the surgery would cost till I paid the $70 for the consult. I have no problem paying money for a service, but they did not provide a service for $70. The estimate was around $900 plus the $70. No wonder why people don’t get their dogs fixed. They were not nice and I felt like they just wanted money. Why would I want them to do surgery and care for my dog when they came across the way they did. I would not recommend them to anyone. Don’t tell me you need to see the dog in order to give me an estimate for the most common procedure vets do. She is a healthy 3yr old. Nothing on the estimate was not what they would charge for any other dog. Do your research and take your dog to a vet office that cares about your pet and not the money. If you are a good vet clinic that cares, you will make money.
