The front staff are always happy to see you and like to know you on more of a personal level. They don't make you ashamed of what clothes you wear or how loud your child is being. You can tell everyone there enjoys what they do. Dr. Smithers is very polite and tells you every aspect of what is going on with your animal. He answers every question you may have with compassion and wording that the common mind can understand. They don't tend to allow payments over time but they do work with you if need be. I love this vet office and plan to keep bringing my dogs there for a long time.

Super friendly, affordable, and fast. Got a same day appointment for my cat that had acute dermatitis and suddenly bleeding. The staff even helped me stroll my baby in and out of the waiting area so I could hold my cat. Above and beyond for a good price.

This place is amazing. There are no better Veterinarians than Dr. Smithers. We travel 30 miles to take our animals there. The care they show for the animal and the person is incredible. Such love and respect shown to both. They also are very good about working with your budget while providing what is best for the animal. Thorough and honest. Will not ever go to another place.

Dr. Mosley is a great veterinarian. He is down to earth and thorough. He is conservative with your hard earned money too and does not immediately jump to the most expensive tests and options. I happened upon this place because I had a coupon from the animal shelter, but I’m a customer for life now. The staff is great too. Especially the lady that is sort of like a liaison between customers and the doctors. She relays info in a way that makes sense and is easy to understand. This place is great.

They are the best; they care about their Fur -patients a lot . The staff is great!!.
Recently one of my five babies (dogs) had a really bad GI blockage .
DR. Mosley was amazing,
Austin,Liz are some of the vet techs that were with us through this journey and they are wounderful . The whole clinic staff is great.
They were calling us every day to let us know what was going on and giving us so much peace knowing our sweet Pandora was in great care. She came home after almost a week , my sweet pandora looks great and recovery time is going very well and easy thanks to them.

I highly recommend them!!!

I originally gave a 4-star review, but Dr. Smithers called me personally to ask about my review. In that conversation, I realized I had rated them on something they didn't have control over. In fact, Angie at the front handled that situation like a professional. Way better than I could or would have. It was a very rude pet parent. Although we should speak up if we feel wronged, this person was literally becoming physically angry. Not cool. Not to mention, it made me feel very uncomfortable, but Angie was a super star at calming the situation and ending that visit.

I'm SO glad I found this place for my pup! The entire staff were so helpful, informative, patient, and non-judgmental of my breed of dog. They treated us with so much kindness and even the folks in the waiting room were friendly! The place we were going before in fayetteville was not a good experience at all. I am grateful for Smithers to care for my growing pup and shower him with love as we go for our appointments!! ?
