Thank you emergency Vet for being open on a Sunday evening. Sadly we lost our wonderful Goldendoodle, Marshall, of 10 years. But it wasn't anything to do with the vet. As soon as we showed up it was all hands on deck for our sickly dog.

They provided us with timely information, but unfortunately it was not meant to be. In the end, they gave my family as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our best friend.
On top of all that they even gave us a "courtesy" discount. Not necessary but 100% appreciated.

When we arrived there didn't appear to be any other customers, it took them some time to get the dog into us because of difficulties getting an IV setup.

We were glad we got to say our goodbyes and allow him to go into the next life with less pain in this one. They even helped load him up and provided a bag for him.

Thank you for being tender and kind in our moment of tragedy.

I am grateful to the staff and Dr. Wong throughout the process of helping me feel and be at ease with the decision of putting my sweet beautiful fur daughter to sleep, she was suffering and all her health issues weren’t giving her the quality of life that she deserved. My baby girl was at ease too and peacefully passed on with the euthanasia procedure administered by Dr Wong. This provider was so thoughtful, very compassionate with her and me. He explained the whole process and I felt very comfortable with his knowledge and understanding and expertise. I truly appreciate all the support and help. Thank you Dr. Wong and staff.

We brought our beautiful Pug Ruby Cube to this facility. The care she received was absolutely amazing. I truly believe the reason our Ruby is home with us is because of the excellent care she received from VCA!

Rick and I are beyond grateful for them! My pups will never go anywhere else for emergency care!

We thought we were going to have to pay additional $ as she had been in the hospital for 2 days including an oxygen chamber…when we asked what more we owed….they said, nothing we are reimbursing you $450!

Thank you again to all the amazing staff that gave our Ruby around the clock care!

I brought my Labrador retriever, Chowder, to this emergency clinic this morning. Chowders face blew up like a balloon from an allergic reaction(we’re not sure what caused it). I was immediately greeted by a very kind and professional woman at the front desk. The actual vet that saw chowder was very prompt and informative about the steps they would take to help with the allergic reaction. I’d absolutely bring my dogs back here in the event we encounter another emergency. The front desk receptionist helped provided me a list of vets in my area as were new to California. From what I saw, they really cared about my dog.:)

My dog, Kuma (now Cone Boy) was a big dramatic butt at the vet but they still treated us very well and were forgiving. They treated my dog's hematoma very well and pretty quickly. They informed us we need to keep our dog on leash at all times while at a vet, given his fear aggression/reactivity, which we totally understand. Some of the vets handled him extremely well and knew how to approach him, and others not as much. Thank you for the good experience none-the-less and for treating him so well. I'm just happy he's okay now.

When I brought my dog in they had me muzzle him. They took him to the back & I waited for more than 2 hrs w/out any update on my dog. When the vet finally came to speak to me she was saying a lot but it was strange so I asked if she’d even seen my dog yet. She said no. She left me to wait again. I went out to find out what was happening. I found my dog sitting with a cone on his neck & the muzzle still on him all by himself. When they finally heard me knocking at the door and came to the door I asked if I can see my dog & an attendant said she’d bring him out. The vet came out with my dog. I asked if he’d had the muzzle on him the whole time & she looked guilty. I removed it. His muzzle & poor face was completely soaked & there was a large amount of drool on the cone. She called my dog a “she” and my dog is a he. If she’d examined him throughly & genuinely she’d have known that. No one was with my dog when I was knocking on the door waiting outside. When someone finally came to the door I asked if I could see my dog & they said they’d bring him out. That was it. They took my money & gave me pain meds & sent me home. I felt scammed. I called the hospital the next next day and spoke w/ Sarah. She seemed okay and polite at first but then became rude & suddenly had an attitude. She was very put out by me telling her my experience w/ med that was given & said, “well, if you don’t believe me….that’s enough of that!” She said manager would be in Monday & she would tell her & slammed the phone off. I called back & was disconnected. I called again & someone else answered & I asked to speak with Sarah & she said Sarah stepped away can I assist you? I told her I’d just spoke with Sarah & I wanted to know if I needed to call back on Monday to speak with the manager or if the manager was going to reach out to me. She said manager would reach out to me. No tests, diagnosis, there was very bad communication, they left my dog in a muzzle for an extended period of time when he was alone & not being examined which was unnecessary and abusive. No pain meds given while there or IV. I was charged for an exam and it didn’t seem the vet did one on him. I never received a call from management.

I won’t recommend this emergency vet hospital to anyone after my experience. It’s awful to leave a muzzle on a scared and hurt dog in an unfamiliar environment. The least you could have done was have him wait with me in the exam room without the muzzle on him if you kne you couldn’t get to him the two hours before I went looking him to find him like that. That was just cruel. And Sarah, the person that answered my call when I needed to speak with a manager, she needs to be written up for her rude behavior in customer service. Getting an attitude and then slamming the phone down to hang up and hanging up immediately when I tried calling back- I don’t know anywhere where this behavior is acceptable. I didn’t deserve to be treated that way. No one should be treated that way. And to not get a response from a manager is unprofessional.

I expected more from a vet hospital.

I have no idea how this place has any bad reviews. I had to take my 2 dogs in because they had gotten into something they shouldn't have. One had to stay for 28 hours in total and had 2 follow up blood test. The Vets, techs and front desk all had amazing customer service from beginning to end. These individuals saved my dogs life and I couldn't be more grateful. They never seemed annoyed when I'd call to check in and typically they would call me before I could even call them. This is the best experience I have had with vetnarian service. I felt like they cared about my dogs as if they were their own. Thank you staff!!!
