Always a welcoming environment for me and my dog. Office staff are wonderful. My boy is a senior, and gets nervous. The soft blanket they give him to lay on is very comforting for him. Thank you for genuinely caring about my dog!

I would have given this Vet 5 star when they had just the one doctor. However, since they have gotten more help they have went downhill. To me, that makes no sense, but it is what it is. They do not follow up, ever...be it an email they say they will send or a phone call. You could be waiting months for a follow up and then call to see what happened and they just say sorry....then it happens again and again. I have decided, due to the lack of follow up and personalized care (that they used to have), I will need to find a new Vet. Me and my animal deserve better.

I am a first time puppy
Owner so everything is still new to me the vet took the time to explain to me and answer all my questions and she even gave me handouts and information . I didn't feel rushed at all I felt she was very caring and knowledgeable. They also do a puppy package that includes all the vaccine for 250 that's a really great deal.

This is the most inconsiderate and unprofessional vet I’ve been to in my entire life. I can’t believe they are punishing my animals because of one argument and won’t even let someone else take them for me to get their last shots that I already paid for! They gave me the wrong dosage of antibiotics for my kitten so I didn’t trust they gave me the correct amount for my other cats. Because they lost my trust and talked to me like I was stupid they completely ghosted me after I argued with them—even though I later apologized for being highly stressed about all my sick cats. (They gave wrong dosage for kitten, but it was the right dose for the other cats who I was arguing for).
I paid upfront for the FVRCP vaccine for two of my cats and they are refusing to give my cats their last round—the year mark. They are thieves and liars and I have proof with the receipts and credits.

This was my experience speaking with the receptionist. Word for word - "I can't tell you how much the the specific service you're requesting will be until you bring your pet"

Watching this clinic adamantly positioning themselves to pinch some pennies out of a euthanization is gross. And it's so transparent.

Every other vet says - How much does the dog weigh?... That's it

To whomever is reading this -
Please y'all, don't prop up predatory businesses in our community.

As for three hearts - integrity first, service before self and excellence in all you do will give you a chance at keeping customers.

And mind you I was an established paying customer. Was ?

I want to thank the staff and Dallas for showing us so much of kindness when we brought our soul dog Peanut there almost 2 months ago. We had to make the most difficult decision to put him to sleep and I did not want my gorgeous boy’s last memory to be in the vets room because I knew how scared he was of just being in any vet hospital! They kindly offered us the use of their patio so my darling Peanut went so peacefully with the sun in his eyes and the birds in his ears. They were so very compassionate and even though it was our first time there made us feel so much of love! We received Peanuts remains within 2 weeks and a beautiful card signed by all the staff! I highly recommend Dallas and her clinic to anyone looking for an amazing and understanding vet clinic! Thank you again for all your kindness ❤️

Trying to find the best vet can be hard but for me Dr. Wentz is the best! I highly recommend her! She is so kind , caring , compassionate and overall thorough. She takes her time which I appreciate and takes such good care of my baby. I’m always left happy. I can’t thank her and her team enough for all they do! Top notch care always given!?
