Nothing but the best for my beloved companions! My frenchie Coco had been playing with the bigger dogs, and somehow, she got a sprained ankle that didn't resolve quickly. So I took her to see the doctors here at Ridgeline veterinary clinic, and Dr Dustin took her back for x-rays and found she had a fractured bone in her elbow area. The office visit, check-up, x-rays, sedation, soft cast, and meds cost much less than it would have been in OC where we lived before. I was also pleasantly surprised at the level of customer and patient services and care here! I found their new doctors! Dr. Dustin and Dr. Reedy found the best vet ortho surgeon to perform surgery next week here in the desert. I hope he's as good as they say he is! I'm sure he is, and it will be just fine as they have my complete trust and confidence in their abilities and attention to detailed care practices. They dont steer you wrong or jack up their prices when they know they have you by your heartstrings! That's so important to me. I've left vets' offices after thousands of dollars only to leave alone without my fur baby's. That is a devastating feeling I know very well. Thank God they had an opening here finally. I've tried before and they weren't accepting new patients and i took my 10 year-old female frenchie to the urgent care in palm desert for a breathing problem. I took my male for a ride as to not be home alone. Four thousand dollars later I'm making the decision to put them down, their temps were 105°. They couldn't stabilize them fast enough to save their lives. That was a very hard time.

Great veterinary office all the staff are kind and loving and attentive and listen the doctors are effective and also kind and gentle with the animals. They're not aggressive with forcing medications on you they try to do non-invasive first and then if something else is needed they will let you know. They're all so reasonably priced and they take pet insurance. I highly highly recommend them my husband and I and our dog Clarence love them. I can't say my dog is happy to go there, LOL but he certainly leaves happy and healthier.

Great vet! Couldn't be any better. She is very knowledgeable, kind, well priced, and doesn't suggest expensive unnecessary tests like many other vets in the Valley. I've been to many of our local Vets during my 33 years here. Dr Reedy is my forever vet now. I trust her with my dogs, who are the most precious things in this World to me.

Great experience here. The Vet was extremely knowledgeable and kind, provided multiple options for our pup who most likely has cancer and their pricing is very fair. Would highly recommend.

Like every health business this is just full of people who care about money and nothing else. They dont care for your dog or to spend 5 mins of their time checking them unless u have an appointment with the doctor even if the techs are free. Thats like saying nurses are useless and they cant do anything without a doctor. Techs are trained individuals and should be able to do simple check ups without making you jump through so many hoops. They dont care except for the money.
A clinic is different from a hospital in that clinics are supposed to take walk ins. When I went they had techs that were free to do a simole check uo to my dog but the receptionists couldn't bother to help me by havung a tech see my dog as a walk in. I wasnt asking for anything free.. just for them to do a simole check up.
People like them ARE the problem in health care all around, both humans and our pets alike. If they dont have the heart to care for someone or for our pets then they shouldn't be in this business.

These guys are amazing! My dog has diabetes and as a result, goes in every 2-weeks to get her sensor changed and actually loves going there to see everyone because they treat her so well! I highly recommend them.

Wow what an experience the last 24hrs. This practice was amazing. My baby had a giant mass on his spleen and was at risk of rupturing. Not only did they squeeze me in for an appointment same day but they went right in to surgery to save his life. Within hours of the diagnosis, my Scooby was under the knife and out of immediate danger. Dr. Eddy and Dr Reddy saved my baby. The staff was more than gracious.

Amazing vet and staff. Can't say enough about this place. I've driven up from San Diego on four occasions and not unhappy about any trip to see them. Very attentive very honest and very upfront. Thanks again
