Always friendly & helpful in caring for our furry family member. Wait time in the room can be a bit uncomfortable due to a bench instead of chair. They lifted my 45 pound pup up to the treatment table for me. I was concerned as I couldn’t do it due to health issues. So happy they are disability friendly! Long term patient with multiple dogs. Good for medicated bath but no grooming included with it. He got lots of relief from seasonal allergies! Love the staff I’ve met 😉

Honestly, so kind. You can tell by their tone and their attentiveness that they just really care about animals. These ladies went out of their way to make our dog comfortable and to make us feel comfortable with her in their care. There was also a way to set up some type of payments. And it wasn't even that expensive given the 5 Day over night stay our dog had spent there. Also, their facility was extremely clean. 10/10 compared to the other hospitals around town this pick is a no brainer. Thank you!

Updating my review from years ago to reiterate;
I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. The staff here are amazing. Everyone from the front desk, the vet assistants to Dr. Cure herself are just top notch.

I never have any suprises when it comes to the bill as they go over everything in advance to make sure I am comfortable not only with the price, but any treatment my pets need. They take the time to explain what is needed to be done at home, and have called me multiple times to follow up and make sure everything is going good and I understand instructions or have any questions.

You can tell they truely care about animals in their care from the way they interact with your pets. I honestly couldn't recommend this place enough.

So I’ve been taking my dog here for a year or 2 with no issues. I noticed that they got new staff which has caused me to leave, I took my dog for a producer to find out he didn’t need but still payed no problem. Went and got a second opinion they found out the issue without even doing an exam which they tried charging me for as well. So long story short I paid for a service just for my dog to leave with the same issue. When they seen what the issue was but wanted me to pay 67 for a full exam for an issue that a full exam was not needed. The front desk was very rude I would get a second opinion the new staff have no idea what they’re doing. Things are very expensive right now so nobody has money just to throw out for the issue not to be fixed.

vet care is so expensive but they did go above and beyond to do everything they could and let me discuss my options along with taking as much time as i needed to say goodbye. I appreciate that. thank you for doing everything you could and making her final moments peaceful. they do not do payment plans

The doctors at this place are the best in the city in my opinion and have helped my family deal with the most difficult situations a fur parent can face. The staff is compassionate, caring and respectful. I highly recommend them to anyone in Independence area and surrounding.

We boarded our dog over the weekend at Cedar Ridge Animal Hospital as we have for the past 5 years. Nothing really major ever happened in the past. Mostly she just comes back thirsty and super stinky even after a bath there. This time she got injured on her neck while she was in their care. The vet was completely rude to me denying any responsibility. The way she spoke to me was unprofessional and unapologetic. Quick to take your $$$ though...
If you love your pet, I would avoid Cassie Cure and Cedar Ridge!
