I had a very good experience with Chatoak. One of our dogs, Chloe, had swallowed a marble and required surgery. The office staff was very nice and helpful, and the doctors were very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. I was able to visit Chloe and spend time with her every day that she was at the hospital, so that I could check on her and comfort her. Thankfully, she made a full and complete recovery. I would definitely recommend Chatoak to anyone that needs their services.

Great pet hospital that is open late. The parking lot entrance is on White Oak, so best to enter from that street. Doctors and staff are professional and kind.

I had to put my senior cat down today. Everyone was so sweet and caring. I came in as a walk-in and it was clean, quiet, and uncrowded. They gave me a basket with kleenex, makeup wipes, a mirror, a pet grief support booklet, and a call button in case I needed someone before the vet came in. I've had many animals, and this is the best experience I've ever had with an emergency vet. I highly recommend them.

My dog ? passed away under someone care. When the night before they said EVERYTHING WENT GREAT!! someone neglected to take care of him during the night, and they didn’t call my daughter to at least let her know he passed. She didn’t find out until she called to ask if we could come visit him. I give this place 0 ratings.

I had just spent $4000 @ my previous Vet and decided to have an ultrasound for my senior kitty. Former place would have to send out for extra $$$. Here It was done on site and read by Dr. Florio for a 1/3 the cost. She's an amazing, personable Vet. No one said she's 13, so don't bother even though she has lymphoma. I've seen reviews that say they are $$$. I can't agree. The meds are 1/4 the cost. Hannah at front desk is the one that I've had the pleasure of being helped by so far. The prognosis gave me hope and I'm grateful. Yes, they are busy so for checkups or follow-ups, just call in advance. Switched Vets even with the long drive. Worth it
Dr. More spent 20 minutes on a phone call a couple times, I actually felt all said deserved a visit payment!

Go. I don’t write reviews ever. This is a fantastic emergency vet, especially on Sundays when all the other hospitals are closed. Their care was attentive smart and empathetic. They stayed up all night with our poor dog with chf. I cannot recommend them enough. We spent so much time with them asking questions and they were so good to us and our dog.
Pricing is not out of range.

I wanted to say thank you to the whole staff and a special thank you to Dr Srinath. She diagnosed our 21 yr old tuxedo cat Mia without any stress caused. Very compassionate when we chose to say goodbye. The office gave us a beautiful paw print. I can’t say enough how this meant to us. After 21 years with Mia to get to go with dignity compassion and love from strangers. Thank you all for everything.
