The team is extremely supportive and offer the treatment that works best for my dog. Because of my dog's history there are certain behavioral issues that the entire team is able to accomodate. I feel incredibly comfortable with this team caring for my pet. there is communication every step of the way and I never feel like I have to be concerned about the treatment recommended or anything being done without my approval/awareness. Absolutely nothing negative to say!

Good people, good bedside manner, gentle with both the pets and their humans. Individual care rather than factory production. I had a pet another vet said "don't bother, he'll be dead in 6 months". A year went by, and I took the pet to vet villa instead. They treated him, his life improved, and he lived another 2 years. If I had taken him there first, he probably would have lived even longer.

I love the vets here! I have been coming here for the past 2 years. They make it so simple and easy each time I take my fur babies here. My dog Frida hates shots but I can tell she feels safe and comfortable with them. We are moving soon, and I hope I can find vets as good in Seattle.

This place is a little on the pricier side, but they are a super caring facility. Not just trying to pump more patients through. We have to get monthly visits for our boy and they've been taking care of him for 2 years ever since a couple emergency room visits. Dr Arianna and Dr Hand are so informative and helpful.

I have had two dogs and three cats seen by this practice. Easy to make appointments, caring staff, clean offices, good care, quality time with doctor. One of my pet's died of diabetes complications and their team was great to work with day-of and supported my wishes. We also had some emergency situations and they were attentive and thorough in the care and follow up.
