Dr. Grant has been the trusted veterinarian for our two beloved Pomeranian mix dogs throughout their entire lives, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care she’s provided. No sincere emotions

No ONE mentioned STITCH (similar to care credit), even after I mentioned it may be too much for me to do further labs.
A pet parent overhead and mentioned it to me. Vets that sincerely care, will mention this option because the pet is more important than the $.

She gives comments on concerns, but NO suggestions unless you ask via the assistant. To have them get back to you.

I paid $500 out of pocket for an x-ray, office visit, and urinalysis (no labs). However I still couldn't get at least 15 FULL minutes for my visit. Taking into consideration that I took history info. and bullet questions to save time. Considering others waiting. I have seen multiple vets, looking for a genuine one. Apparently, it can be just as hard as finding a human genuine Dr., just more expensive.!!

Dr. Grant and her staff are the best. My cat's been her patient since she was mobile only and now we just take her into the clinic because it's easy and very comforting. Dr. Grant and her staff always give us excellent service and are just the nicest folks, so I highly recommend their clinic.

My dogs normal vet had no openings available for an entire two months and she was suffering with an ear infection. I was skeptical going to this clinic at first but I was desperate to get my English bulldog daisy seen. From the moment I interacted with the vet assistant I knew I came to the right people. They made me feel heard and they were so gentle and patient with Daisy. Dr. Grant was incredible she wanted to get down to the root of the problem and not simply mask the issue with medicine. I’m use to seeing the vet for only 5 mins before they throw medicine at me but she wanted to know her diet and environment and allergies. She was very thorough with me and put me at ease. I’ve been so happy with her and her staffs services that i want her to be Daisy's permanent veterinarian. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Never, ever again, will I bring my cat Munchkin or any other living thing to see Dr. Marie Grant at Whittier's VetCheck Animal Hospital. The address at 15618 Whittwood Ln Suite A, Whittier CA 90603 is not a registered veterinary premise, despite Business and Professions Code Section 4853 requiring all veterinary premises to be registered with the Veterinary Medical Board (VMA). Despite claiming to be a mobile clinic, VetCheck does not offer its clients emergency services after hours. After his surgery, which left a 4 inch incision, my cat Munchkin was left unattended and alone all night. Dr. Grant did not adhere to the fundamental guidelines set forth by the VMA in order to lessen Munchkin's pain and suffering before, during, and after the procedure. Munchkin was removed from our house while being extremely tightly wrapped in a blanket with a black leather hood covering his face and head. Dr. Grant's subpar follow-up care and lack of antibiotics, painkillers, and nutrients hampered Munchkin's recovery. Dr. Grant did not take pus samples to send to the lab to be cultured so that the bacteria involved could be identified and an appropriate antibiotic could be chosen. Appropriate antibiotic therapy is a critical component of the successful treatment of abscesses, regardless of where they are located. She also failed to follow up to get the staple and sutures removed and even made up a story to say that we had canceled the follow-up appointments. Even though we paid VetCheck $2,000 we were not provided with a legible copy of Munchkin's medical record. In conclusion, I felt that Dr. Grant was unprofessional and impersonal and lacked compassion for animals.

Avoid at all cost. Absolutely a terrible business. Numerous phone conversations with their personal who tell you they are going to do something which never gets done. Petsmart should take a closer look at this company.
