Wow! The staff here was wonderful! From the reception staff- friendly, welcoming, to the nurse and the doc. Kind, caring, efficient, competent! Danielle treated my ear ache with compassion and kindness. I was even offered a hot cup of tea and that was a comfort. I highly this urgent care and commend the staff and Laurie Vacarelli’s urgent care.

Took my elderly mother to WellNow for a neck/muscle issue. The place is very clean, receptionist friendly and the professional staff was easy to speak with. She offered several things we could try and sent the prescriptions to our pharmacy immediately. Very pleasant atmosphere.

I recently visited WellNow with my 3 little kids and once again, had an outstanding experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and efficient. Making appointments online is incredibly easy and convenient, and we are always seen right away.

This visit was particularly exceptional thanks to Dr. Anna and the wonderful team working with her—Tanya, Hanna, Tracy, and Jamie. They were all incredibly kind, patient, and professional. Their friendly demeanor and attentiveness made a significant difference, especially when my kids weren't feeling their best.

Despite the circumstances, we always leave with smiles on our faces, feeling well-cared for and reassured. The entire staff at WellNow consistently goes above and beyond to provide top-notch care. I highly recommend this clinic for its outstanding service and compassionate team.

They ladies were very accommodating. They placed me in a massage recliner while I waited, brought me pillows and ice packs, offered me drinks and snacks and were very pleasant in general. Highly Recommend.

The wait time was short; the check-in insurance stuff was easy and quick. Both the nurse and doctor were knowledgeable and friendly. I was promptly diagnosed and treated. They followed up a few days later to see how I was doing. Great service!!

Thank you with all my heart for caring for my daughter. Testing for many different things. Taking your time to make sure she was calm and not scared and keeping us safe . For reacting quickly to her fever and symptoms. Going above and beyond to reach out for advice. It was also very clean and the nurses are amazing. I definitely recommend wellnow in canandaigua. We need more doctors and nurses like them. They deserve more than 5 stars.

The process of scheduling and appointment was exceedingly easy. The staff very pleasant and helpful. I saw a Nurse Practitioner who explained everything, explained what to expect with medications and even provided some extra resources to help me identify the reason for my allergic reaction.

The staff is kind from the minute I walk into the door.
I always feel cared for. They listen to me. Talk with me about my situation, and they talk with me about my care options.
