Very helpful staff. The pet plan for 18.99 per month is really good especially that includes all the vaccinations wornming flee tablets and 10 percent discount on getting you pup done. I would definitely recommend this place

I have been using the vet’s for nearly 10 years and have always been pleased with the service. My cat had to have 2 teeth removed as it seemed the gums would heal over the fractured teeth. The vet wasn’t forceful and gave me multiple options, but ultimately I decided removal would be best for her as the area was sensitive to the touch and inflamed slightly.

The surgery got me in for treatment within 48hrs which was brilliant and incredibly helpful. The vet and the vet nurse informed me of everything I needed to know in regards to the treatment. They explained what was needed, how it would be done and went over the procedure with me, overall as per usual i felt that my cat was in good hands.They were clear in going over pricing and payment options when I enquired when making the decision to pay out of pocket or go via the insurance route.
Treatment was roughly £300 for 2 extractions, polish and clean, antibiotics, anaesthesia, equipment/ staff time and presumably an x-ray and a follow up check up, so while not the sort of last moment bill before Christmas most can afford in our current climate, but i felt it was a fair price. The cat was in and out within the day and home for dinner (soft of course) and even helped me with some dietary issues and working out feeding amounts for her particular foods.

Overall, I have and continue to recommend the practice, they have been very helpful and accommodating over the years and hopefully years to come.

Have always looked after our dogs well..... have just down graded them to a 1 star, after many years of taking our dogs to them and being very happy with everything times have changed. Don't get me wrong, the staff are all still extremely good but their prices are very very high! Unfortunately we had to call the vet to put one of our dogs to sleep recently and have now been given the bill. We were expecting something in the region of £120 for this and was shocked to be smacked with a bill of £212!!! The vet was with us for 10 minutes and we were charge £99 for the euthanasia and then a whopping £113 for his time, to say we are disappointed and upset is an understatement. Will be going elsewhere in future with our other dogs.

Absolutely amazing our puppy was Ill this morning and we went in for the put of hours vets and he was very nice! He also rang back to see how she was doing wich was very nice of him! Very good!!

The parking here is so much better then the At David's vets in Topsham which has no parking at all or the one in St David's where the tiny car park is limited to only a few parking spaces.
