I was a frantic pet mom on July 1st...our poor Tenno was vomiting and not eating or drinking. I called everyone under the sun and was told no they could not see him. Vca said they could see him at 2. The ladies were so kind to us. Cause of course all of us came in with him so that was four humans. We were all very concerned about our pup. The vet, whose name I don't remember, was amazing with him! Tenno did grumble a bit but warmed up to her and she was not scared of his size or anything. She was amazing and put my fears at ease. The only sad thing was they were not open this past Saturday. I highly recommend them!! They are kind and courteous and understanding!! They love your pets and show them love and it's amazing !!

Is there a character limit on this? I can not say enough about how amazing my experiences have been at paw prints. I was first introduced when taking care of my mom's dog who came down with pneumonia while she was out of town. They impressed me so much with their no hassle, fast response, genuinely caring experience that I decided to switch my two cats over. Over the past few months we have been there a LOT with routine check ups, neutering, medical emergency and then a month old new addition. Every time we go I have such thoughtful service. Dr. Beckner is my go to gal, but I am equally impressed with Dr. Bunton and Dr. K when they have stepped in when Dr. Beckner has not been available. Just an all around AMAZING group of people! Have not had one single regret in making the change because of them a have 3 healthy good lookin' boys 🙂

The staff at VCA Paw Prints are exceptional! I had to bring my cat in for respiratory issues and everyone was so great with him. Dr. Kieszkowski is so informative and kind and really laid out the treatment options that made sense for my little guy! Can't recommend this hospital enough!

Dr. Cross and his team at VCA are truly one of a kind! Not only do they work wonders with my two deaf, neurologically challenged golden doodles, they also take the time to ensure their 3rd patient, the parent, is fully informed and comfortable with their care. Navigating the K9 medical world can be overwhelming and leads to many questions. Dr. Cross patiently explains every aspect of their care, taking the time to answer all of my questions without feeling rushed or silly for worrying about trivial details. I always leave feeling confident with their individualized plans. With him by our side, navigating the complexities of their conditions and individual needs feels like a breeze. Dr. Cross isn't just a vet; he's an exceptional vet and outstanding person.

however, definitely not a low-cost clinic. also, they lost my pet’s files on multiple occasions leading to me having to bring him in and adding unnecessary costs

My dog Zoey woke up unable to use her legs, and VCA got her in that day. Dr Cross explained everything, and gave me an estimate for the exams and x-ray and that’s what I paid. Zoey needed an MRI and Dr Cross said he would call around and give them a referral. I thought it would take a couple days, but half an hour later, he had gotten us an appointment in Fishers and sent all her records, and we had the MRI the next day. The staff were all great especially the vet tech. My dog is very mistrustful around men, but Dr Cross extremely patient. Everything was explained very thoroughly, and I never felt pressured into getting expensive testing. I liked it so much, I will be switching to VCA as her primary vet clinic.

I have been deciding for some time where to take my animals for their vet visits. We have never settled on one vet clinic to take them to, but after todays visit, we’ve found our place for sure. Dr. Chevez was extremely thorough and kind throughout our entire visit. Everyone we encountered adored my sweet girl. The prices are reasonable, and everything was explained to me. No question went unanswered. The new patient goody bag was an unexpected surprise but sold me that much more. Thank you Paw Prints and staff. ?
