She’s quick to get back to you and will make sure you are taken care of. The doctors and staff at Bowman know what they are there for and make sure you can feel it. We’ve moved out of state recently but will always hold our new vet up to Bowman’s standards. Thank you for all your great care over the years.

Our dog has had quite the journey with various vets, each one a learning experience, but not always in the best way. From the very beginning, we knew she would need a vet who understood the importance of building trust with frequent visits and gentle handling. Unfortunately, our first vet experience at 8 weeks old wasn't ideal, as they clearly had a bias against her working dog breed. This set the stage for the challenges, resulting in what seemed like interview calls to understand a vet’s knowledge around specific dog breeds.

As our dog got older, we moved and, after making multiple calls to potential vets, we decided to give Bowman vet hospital a try in 2017. Bowman vet hospital of 2017-2019 was a good clinic, but there was one unfortunate incident that caused us to change vets. The person handling our then 8-month-old pup didn’t understand a dog’s cues. Our dog always licks lips, makes noise then nips, and if someone continues to push boundaries she will bite them. This person must have not understood dogs. That resulted in us going to another vet to rebuild trust.

For the next few years, we found a vet who helped her regain confidence in the vet visit process. However, we knew our dog needed surgery this year and didn’t feel the latest vet was suitable for it, so we decided to give Bowman another chance. The person our dog bit no longer worked there. But, one of the reasons for our return was Jade, who worked there and was someone we always trusted with her honest feedback. Another factor was the clinic changed doctors. Dr. Haas, who has an incredible understanding of how to work with my dog's breed.

Dr. Haas took the time to ask extensive questions to develop the perfect care plan for our dog. It wasn’t just a routine check-up, it was a thorough discussion that outlined when, why, and how we should proceed with her long-term care. The attention to detail, including documentation that appeared to be hand-typed, was a testament to the personalized care this clinic now provides. We also discussed the potential bill and they have a care program to assist. The technicians were also friendly and helpful.

After our dog had surgery, it was clear that we had come to the right place. She wasn’t treated as another transaction. Our dog was treated as an individual. Dr. Haas has restored our faith in veterinary care, and as our dog continues to rebuild her trust in vets, I find Dr. Haas and the small team at Bowman to be the partners in her journey.

Bought our family dog and brand new kitten here for check up and shots. All the staff was very friendly and caring. The vet was very helpful and knowledgeable. We plan to continue coming here for any further needs and for our kittens spay. Prices were normal/average and not overpriced. They also have monthly plans that cover new kitten/puppy shots, check ups and spay or neuter which was a plus.

I just recently made the switch to Bowman after having a really hard time getting a hold of my previous veterinarian. I am so happy with the experience so far! All the staff are incredibly friendly and they are very responsive and proactively communicate. It’s clear through our experience that Dr. Haas cares deeply for our pets and has even offered guidance for navigating making claims with our pet insurance.

I actually followed Dr. HAAS here a few years ago as she treated my animals in Sacramento. I cannot put into words the compassion she gave our family when we lost our dog. That was over 5 years ago. The clinic here is amazing! The staff are always accommodating and sweet. I feel comfortable that my animals are getting the best care here. Your animals are treated like family. Dr Haas and her staff are Excellent! They are very courteous, efficient, and informative. They consistently show how much they genuinely love their patients, and are very good at explaining everything to pet owners so that they can make informed decisions about their pet’s health care.

My 8 year old furry baby had an ear infection that had me worried. When we arrived for our appointment early they didn't make us wait to get us back and look at him. From the front desk to us leaving our visit was great! The vet techs were friendly and treated my dog like an absolute prince. Dr. Haas was great about answering all my concerns and questions and went above that by providing me with answers andinfo to questions I didn't even think to ask. With their wellness program I can afford to keep him in the best health possible. Our pets are our family and deserve the best treatment, and here at bowman that's exactly what we got. They will be my dogs vet for the rest of his life!!
