Dr.Paula is wonderful. The staff has always been friendly and even when swamped they are able to multitask. The facility is clean. They have an excellent supply of Rx foods and CET dental chews and products which you can not find anywhere except online.
They take great care of my foster dog Flower.

I can't say enough of the very caring staff. I had to put to rest my cat of 21 yrs they gave me a private room and time to say good bye and delivered the shot's in a very humane way.. Price was very reasonable and they kept her in her bed per my wishes and zipped the pillow case with her bed in it for privacy to bring her home and bury her under my bedroom window. I received a post card sending there condolence of my loss.. Only place that would allow me to do this.. Why not she needed to be home and laid to rest. I'm so thankful for the compassionate visit as I struggled to let her go but it was her time..And they made it guilt free and a relief knowing she went peacefully in her sleep.

Didn't love it, felt lack of confidence in them. I didn't hate it. Was a bit confused by what the Dr said and what the receptionist said and then what the tech asked... went in to get all vaccines done and updated. Was told there would be an exam included; well they did take our dog's temp so maybe that is an exam. Didn't look in ears or mouth, didn't check between paw pads.
Where I come from and our longtime vet the service was clear and communication was way better.
I'd go back if we needed to but I'll most likely choose the VCA in Palm Springs because VCA has a standard of care, may cost more but..... its not always about the money.
Maybe better training should be a priority here.

Dr Reedy and her staff did a wonderful job saving my Milk Goat, Back Beauty's life. Everyone was knowledgeable and loving to her. They sent her home and now she is eating and is her normally friendly self. Thanks again !!!

My lab started limping and took him here for a look. After xrays they made a diagnosis. They gave me a prescription, a few suggestions, and most Importantly, didn't try to upsell me "exploratory surgery" as other vets have tried to do. They gave great advice at a fair price. Very happy.

My baby boy Abram went in as an emergency, the girls at the front desk were ever so helpful on the phone, which alleviated my hysteria. I have not been into this clinic for a long time since I recently moved back. However, I did notice that all of the new staff was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was also super CLEAN! If I were blindfolded I would have never known I was walking into a vet.

I met Dr. Taylor and he suggested we do blood work to rule out various sicknesses - Also a nice surprise when I was presented the estimate to see that the blood work was affordable, my last vet charged $250! Turns out he had pancreatitis. The nurse assisting Dr. Taylor called to follow up on Abram yesterday ,so concerned! Thank you Dr. Taylor, Abram is on his way back to his rambunctious self!
