I called the day before to make an appointment to have my dog's anal glands expressed. As the person was taking him back, I expressed some concern about him scooting and having a very foul odor to which the person brushed me off said it was because of the anal glands and his rabies shots. Another worker called me up to check me out and said he got shots and I told her all I wanted was the anal glands because he already got his vaccines somewhere else. She then goes to the back and gets someone else to come talk to me and at this point I'm like all I'm paying for is what I ASKED for. The person that took him back comes in and LIES about asking me about his shots. Of course I Wouldn't have given permission because he didn't need it. There was NO consultation, no questions. What if I didn't have the money? How are you just going to do whatever you want to my dog and expect me to pay for it? Bad business all around and then lie on the customer is just beyond. NEVER going back.

I brought my two pets here on March 13th of 2020 and I had a positive experience.
All the staff at the front were super nice and very attentive.
The vet was a really nice guy and he was able to fit all the procedures in one day.
My pup needed a deep dental cleaning and I thought we would have to come back but he was able to do it during the same visit.
He explained all the procedures well, he was super nice, not pushy like others vets try to push products that you may not need. I would definitely come back to this vet.
Ava and Boo liked his gentleness as well.

I came back to him on April 13th because one or my babies needed immediate care. I did not have a prior appointment. I called that morning and explained that the situation was urgent and the staff checked for cancellations and they were able to fit me in within 1 hour. I really wanted to see this particular vet who is now the continuing vet for my current and future pets. I just trust him and his advice. He took very good care of my fur baby and took his time and never made me feel like he was in a rush to go to the next patient. He answered all my questions with so much patience. Super nice guy. He also called me the next day to check on my pet and his condition. How many vets do you know that will do that? None.
I will continue to bring my babies here and I think anyone reading this should give him a try. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

Dr.Manhas is truly a soothing soul to our furry (or non) friends. His staff is AMAZING and pricing based on practical advise with OPTIONS and transparent. I was given back my personal dignity with a smelly, tough case Shih Tzu I had previously been judged for. I was assured I did what I could have! And, I've lost my giant Rottweiler companion there too. Complete support, compassion & understanding was received and all at one of my ( and Ricky Bobby's) darkest hour. I've referred EVERY pet owner I've met to them!

Definitely happy I found out about them and was able to get an appointment within a week. I can’t complain about the price the staff were pretty nice too.

Took my dog in was seen one time and giving antibiotics for a tooth infection, was refused a second set of antibiotics because they want me to do blood work and a procedure that is over $3,000 for his tooth removal. I feel like this is very shady and money hungry as my dog has an infection and that doctor knows this and is not going to do anything to help unless I have 500 to $1,000 to start off to pay. Wrong super wrong
