Dr. Sagani... Exceptional. Only word I can think of.
On my first visit It was very difficult for me to allow someone else to take my boy in their arms and walk away with him into the clinic.
Since that first visit I have to say I become more comfortable with allowing them because I believe them that they're going to take the best care of my boy.
The staff is friendly, attentive I got to say this is the best veterinarian I've ever been to.
The doctor and the staff are awesome.
No one can ask for a better place to go.
They actually care about me my position financially and the love I have for him and him of course.
I just want to say thank you to the Dr Sangni and the staff.

I can write a lot more things here. To sum it up though you will not be disappointed going to Southgate Vet Hospital.

Ive been here so many times, most of the time was the lady doctor who helped my dogs. She and other assistant staffs were nice, unlike the "indian male doctor" doesnt know how to speak or something, always rude in his tone and joke that was not even seem like a joke. Therefore, Im the customer who pays, so i rather you respect me like i respect you. If you dont need customers then close the dam store, you are a vet doctor not working at funeral places so stop that grumpy mad or pissed looking face.

P/S used to like this place until i met Dr. Sangani the owner.

The best vet, Dr. Shoja and staff ever!
I have been to plenty of my share of vet hospitals but this private ownership is so personal and very caring vet and staff.
During covid no one could/would see my dog except for Southgate staff they took the time to ask what happened and she was very sick my dog and they squeezed her in. And we have been with them since!
They are very professional and knowledgeable!
We take all 3 of our dogs there. And had 2 dogs with extensive dog cleaning and teeth extraction. Very satisfied. My dogs seem much healthier than before.

Dr. Sagani and Dr. Chapman are the best vets in the world to me they saved my Chachi 3 times my deer chihuahua she is 15 years old with congestive heart failureand they're keeping her going. Dr Sagini and Dr. Chapman have been taking care of her sense she was a year old, 14 years so you know I trust them

I have been taking my pup here for years. Tried a closer VCA vet once and they were pretty terrible and costly. Southgate feels like a local vet that genuinely cares about their clients and their pets. And fair pricing. Love them.

I love this place. I don't want to share. Prices are highly competitive (believe me I've called around). Staff is super friendly. What means the most to me is they care, truly care about my animals. They have the best in mind for my four legged family members. They go over every option with me and I appreciate that. They are great with my not-so-nice senior dog. I can't imagine taking him anywhere else. Thanks Southgate!
