Moving from Florida to California I was very worried about finding a good veterinarian for my best friend Bentley. Ironically where I moved into, I found out that this establishment was not even a 5 minute walk from my place. I decided to check it out due to how clean and nicely designed the veterinary office was, but also for how close it was.

I had a strong feeling that Pacific Animal Clinic would be a great place, but after Bentley's visit, it's *definitely confirmed* that this is an amazing establishment! Everyone who works here are literal angels. From the moment we walked in, Bentley and I were treated with such care and compassion that I knew we were in the best hands.

What really blew me away was the attention to detail. They even sent me a detailed report of Bentley's visit, and get this—*they included this amazing picture of Bentley!* I AM LITERALLY SCREAMING LMAOOOOO! Thank you for not only making Bentley healthy but also for this amazing cinematic masterpiece that I will now print out and hang all around my house.

I highly recommend pacific animal clinic! I've been to different vets in the past and nothing compares. I see Dr. Park and if she's unavailable I see Dr. Karron. Both are super knowledgeable and I dont feel like they push treatment. The place is clean, usually runs on schedule and I absolutely ADORE all the front office and vet techs. I also love the vaccine reports that come each time!!

Got some work done for my puppy a few years back. My recent insurance claim was asking for notes on all the vets I been through. Tell me why Pacific Animal Clinic was the only one that has ignored them and then when I call, there is “one person” who can send me the records and after calling I have yet to hear back from this person for 2 months straight. Shady business who I will be formally submitting a complaint to if they do not give me my dogs soap records. Terrible place.

Dr Park and Dr Jordan provided good care for my pet and they are good at answering questions and explaining the different options of care. Their office is clean, I would leave a better review, but unfortunately the vet techs and office aides don't seem to value their patients' time. After speaking with the doctor and signing off on the medical plan, I waited in the room for almost 40 minutes with no update on what was going on. Finally I had to ask someone at the front desk if they could check on my pet and if I was good to go, after which they finally grabbed my pet from the back room and checked us out. There was no reason for me to have to wait that long other than they likely forgot I had been waiting there (even though multiple employees walked by the room I was waiting in with the door open). They were also not apologetic at all that they had wasted so much of my time for no reason other than their negligence. Overall, good office but just seems like they don't really care about wasting your time. Hopefully they can tighten up their operation in the future.

Everyone at the clinic is very friendly, the vets are knowledgeable and take the time to listen to you and explain things thoroughly. They always follow up to check on your pet after any procedure is done (even things as simple as vaccinations) and it is consistently easy to get an appointment.

First vet I went to for the first dog I ever had as an adult. Initially chose this place just cause it's super close to home, and I'm glad I did. The place is super clean, friendly staff, and knowledgeable vets.
