So happy to have found the Pet Hospital of Madison! The vets and techs always go above and beyond to make sure my pets are comfortable. The vets thoroughly explain all treatment options and care needed.

I have 2 cats and 1 dog I have been taking here regularly for the past year. My elderly cat was diagnosed with Kidney Disease, and at the first sign of it the vet took steps to help me get my cat on the right track with a new diet and regular visits.

Both cats needed dental work this year as well and they made sure they were comfortable and healthy, and both of them were in great spirits when they came home!

My dog hasn't needed quite as much care, but after acting strangely for a few days I decided to take her in to be safe. As a covid puppy she has trouble trusting strangers, but the vet & tech made sure she was comfortable and rewarded with treats for her bravery ?

The doctors and staff are very caring and kind. They have provided excellent care for our 5 rescue dogs, one of whom had multiple health issues and has, unfortunately, passed away 7 months ago. Pet Hospital of Madison helped us give her the best quality of life possible until her little body would take her no further.

My English bulldog had been sick and with the help from the vet and the staff my Jimi has been in wonderful hands. He is doing great. He had to have surgery one that couldn’t be done here but the recommendation was spot on. Jimi’s recovery was easy and now he is doing great. All my appointments have been very good and they take care of our babies when you have to leave them.

We love the care our animals receive by the doctors and groomer (and kennel staff). We've had some very unique health issues over the years and they always explain everything so well and call to check in after the fact. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is one of the ladies who works the desk comes across quite rude and brash.

I cannot say enough good things about this team of professionals! Dr. Faulkner and her team saved my dog's life after negligent care from a vet in HSV. My family will always utilize their services because of how much they care for their patients. You never feel like your pet is just a number. They were certainly a blessing to us, and we can't say thank you enough!!

My dog loves his time at the Pet Hospital of Madison - Doggie Daycare. He’s been going to PS1 (we call Doggie Daycare - Puppy School No.1) for over 7.5 years. He is so happy to attend. It’s like a second home. The staff is very competent and manages the pets very well. They work hard to make pet owners feel comfortable with Daycare. I give them my highest recommendation. What more can I say, I trust them with my dog!

Gentle, caring, and honest. They could have up-sold us a tooth cleaning our Yorkie did not need, but they put his safety first and told us that "there's always a risk with anesthesia, and his teeth are in good shape, just keep brushing them every day" They've always been excellent in every way, but now we are customers for life.

As a walk in, I brought my daughter's, 2 dogs, to the Pet Hospital. Both needed their nails clipped and both hate to have this done, by anyone.
They were led to the back and back out within 3 minutes... Clipped and tails wagging.
I'm not sure what kind of magic the lady used but it worked. Thank you, Pet Hospital of Madison!
