I called in about a week ago for my cat and was told that they couldn't see him for two weeks. After calling trueblue they immediately wanted to see him after I explained his symptoms and sadly he passed shortly after. That ain't either hospitals fault. But what's weird is that westside started calling and leaving me voice mails to remove my review off Google, mentioning a completely different person and cat. It's really shady that I don't even see a review and I really didn't like them calling me after not being able to provide any service.

My son's dog is sick. I called this place in Los Banos, Ca. It turned out that they do NOT service dogs or cats. The receptionist was quite helpful in giving me names of other vets I can use in the area. She even wished me good luck. She knew how worried I was. I finally found a vet!

We recently had a rectal prolapse with our lamb, so I called west side vet and they were very responsive and dr.seth was out to help us within 10 minutes and informed us of everything we need to do to help our lamb. We are very appreciative of the west side vet staff!!
