Love this place! Best Vet I know in Vacaville and the staff as well. He takes care of all our fur babies. Every time we have issues with them and see him, we always end up saying “he is really a very good doctor, we need to give him a great review.”

I went in distraught with what to do with my cat Jasper. I wasn’t expecting it but he passed away that day with Vaca Valley Vet. I came home today to a letter with his paw prints and nose prints.. I thank them so much for that. Something I wish I could’ve done. They are an amazing hospital/clinic. The sympathy and care while I was there and even after is unmatched. I am forever grateful for this establishment. Thank you for giving me what I regretted not getting.

Today I took my Sweet boy lucky in to see the Dr, the office girls came to my car with a stretcher and carried my boy inside ,
We decided he needed to be put to Rest?❤️
The Dr was so incredibly reassuring and gentle, he assured me I was doing the right thing . I so appreciated the loving care they provided myself and my boy. Thank you

We purchased a puppy from a breeder that required a vet visit within 48 hr. of receiving the puppy. I went in and splayed all the vet records from the breeder. It turned out the receptionist put the paper in the folder, and the tech never saw it. She informed me he hadn't had his first set of shots and gave him the vaccine while I tried contacting the breeder to double-check. They were apologetic for giving him the shot he didn't need but still charged me for the shot.

THIS PLACE IS WONDERFUL! As a new customer, I've been looking all over for a vet who genuinely cares. And let me tell you THIS is it. If you're anything like me, I will do anything and everything for my furbaby. I would go to ends of the earth for my dog. I've been very hesitant and anxious taking my dog to vet because he's a giant anxious furball. I've tried many other vets in the area, all whom lacked patience with my dog. In other words the other places, just labeled him excessively aggressive, instead of taking the time to let him get used to them, because he is anything but that.
This vet and his staff are so wonderful and were so accommodating to me and my Max. They took all the necessary steps to ensure not only Max, but I was comfortable as well. I was thoroughly listened to and all my concerns were addressed. This place deserves all the stars plus more, they truly are amazing! All to say if you're looking for a vet that genuinely cares and loves animals, this is it.
Thank you guys to restoring my faith in vets again!
