This was our first time here. Our precious 18 year old cockatiel had sinus issues and needed to be treated right away. The office got us in that day. The entire staff was kind and Dr Noland took great care with our bird. Hopefully with the medication that was prescribed he will be on his way to feeling better and back to his usual playful personality. Thank you Loving Hands!

This hospital is amazing. Great staff, wonderful doctors and technicians! Dr Sanchez has treated my little dog holistically for more than a year already and he is so much better!!! He lost weight, he can walk again after acupunture and a special diet he loves. Dr Sanchez is a treasure, a wealth of knowledge. This hospital is precious!

They assisted me with euthanasia and cremation for my 16 year old dog today and I was treated with the upmost compassion and understanding. They let me take all the time my husband and I needed to be with him in my dog's final hour and I will always be grateful. Thank you so much for the care and compassion an elderly dog needs when it's time to go.

Brought my Bun in today that was going through some GI issues. Dr. Noland was very gentle and patient with my high stress bun. She also made everything clear to understand and took her time while examining her. A care plan was placed for out-patient care but also diagnostics. The diagnostic testing was not pushed on me whatsoever but will be the next course of action if out-patient care does not help. Vet Tech Omega was a pleasure she was reassuring, had great communication and made the process stress-free. She also made it clear that she is there to help. The receptionist were also very kind and very knowledgeable. When I had called to make my appointment they asked questions to make sure they had all the information but also mentioned if I had critical care on hand to help my bun. Them simply asking that knows they are equipped to help my bun. I would like thank the staff for their help today, it was greatly appreciated! 🙂

Charlie loves going to the vet because Dr. Sanchez, Dr. Noland, and the whole staff all are so friendly and caring. They are there for us when we need them. I appreciate that Dr. Sanchez explains and collaborates with me, and utilizes both Western and alternative methods so that we get the best of both worlds when necessary. Her treatment decisions have helped Charlie regain needed weight and fight the lung inflammation he has been battling since we got him.

This place is so loving and I don't even have words to describe how empathetic they are. My child has not had many pets but the one hamster that she had was in pain and old and they helped us put it down at a very affordable price. But the experience when we arrived how they made my daughter feel so cared for and expected her hamster by his name and everything letting other nurses know that Gus Gus has arrived, and then let us sit in a room and say goodbye before they put him down and let us take our time, and then even after we had left a few days later they sent us a card in the mail hand sign by everyone in their office, just a time that they took for all of that has no price and does not compare. They really seem to have your pets in truly Loving Hands. Thank you guys so much for making this process so much easier for her.
