Staff was more helpful than words can describe. We drove from Virginia and needed a health certificate to go to Hawaii. The Dr was so nice and patient getting all of the documents together. And then we realized a couple days later we needed another document and they were quick to put it together.

I called and was given an appointment the same day. As I arrived and checked in, I waited maybe 10 minutes before my furbaby was called to the examining room! Everything happened pretty quickly and it was a blessing how everyone worked together from the front desk staff, back office staff and the doctor was phenomenal. The way she interacted with my dog before examining him and the caring, compationate heart she has. She wowed me! I highly recommend this place for your furbaby and you won't be disappointed!!

Such a perfect new vet for my little furbaby... I just moved to the area and had to find a new place for my baby. These folks were so welcoming, professional and kind. They are the exact kind of vet that makes you feel comfortable and at ease. There were no surprise hidden fees... They review all the details with you and let you decide on what you want to do for your baby... I am so glad I found them!!

First time I've actually stopped in here(I live 2 minutes away for the past 15 years). Everyone, including the office help, nurse and vet were nice, professional and let myself and wife spend alone time making tough decisions. In the end, we put our dog down to ease his pain but this hospital and staff is top notch!!

I’m looking for a good vet rn! I had to put my 14 year old dog down last night at the emergency hospital in Corona and I’ll say i regret doing it now! Idk I feel like they just wanted my money and I had to kill my dog because they really didn’t help me I’m so broken! Is this place a good vet?

Called twice this afternoon to get an appointment for both of my dogs, as well as reschedule. Both of the young ladies that I spoke to were very informative and helpful with the questions I had and put me at ease since I worry easily. The staff here is extremely professional. I love the doctor and staff at Canyon Crest Animal Hospital, I have been bringing my pets here for years and will continue to do so. I am more than willing to wait to schedule with them for their first appointment since they are nothing but caring and I trust them with my pets whole heartedly. I am so thankful that they work every day to keep our pets safe and healthy.
