We love the vets and staff at Sylvan. Everyone is so friendly and very helpful. My babies have been patients there for several years. We don’t trust them with anyone else! Thank you so much for taking care of our fur babies!

Dr. Hart and the entire staff have always been great. My dog is not the easiest to deal with and Dr. Hart always makes a point to make her feel comfortable first before starting the exam. Everyone is very caring and I'm glad I found them. Zoey the dog.

The staff is so friendly and helpful, to get an appointment is not difficult, and they even text to check in about your pets days after the appointment to make sure everything is going well. They are very efficient and so far have done wonderful helping my pets. I am willing to pay whatever I need to get my fur babies taken care of, but the price is my only complaint. They are very expensive. With that being said, I am grateful that they do take good care of my pets

My cat Little Mama’s was fine the day before they treated her. They didn’t do the blood work before they gave her the medications. She died the very next day after returning to there office when she was having a hard time breathing. She passed 1 hr after returning home. This doctor should lose her license and NEVER practice medicine again! To respond to Tiffany on this review. We clearly said we did NOT want her under anesthesia and that was given to her in the final receipts. I submitted that conversation via photo on this review! You’re lying!!! Shame on you and your leadership! Dr. Sanchez said her chances of making it with a blood clot are not good which she believed she had because of the symptoms, while saying it with a snarky voice. She then retracted that statement. Then she proceeds to try and get more money with an X-Ray. To blame us for taking her out of the care of doctors who did this to her knowing she’s going to pass because that’s what Dr. Sanchez just told us. Quote “THERE’S NOTHING WE CAN DO” That’s why we took her home because we did not want Little Mama’s to die alone with these terrible people! That’s their words, so to blame us is their way of protecting themselves! PLEASE RECONSIDER BRINGING YOUR PET HERE AND SAVE THEM FROM THESE EVIL PEOPLE… GODBLESS Rest in peace my Little Mama baby. ❤️

Dr. Hart is an excellent veterinarian who is always willing to answer all our questions. We have been taking our kitties to her for over 8 years. Recently one of them has become ill. Dr. Hart helped us to understand her illness and what steps we can take to help her feel better. She has a wonderful sense of empathy for our kitty and us as well.

I was referred here by another vet hospital that didn’t have any appointments left for the day. I own 4 pugs and if you own one then you know they can be little race cars when they’re young. I noticed that my oldest who is 4 was walking like he was drunk, his tail stopped curling and his balance was really off. I googled what it could be and spent the rest of the evening crying. There is no way I could afford treatment let alone a spine surgery that would be $8-10,000 my heart was broken as this was my baby. He was with me during my darkest moments and now I need to be there for his. I spent all night googling different vets reading ALL of the reviews both on Google and yelp. I almost to him to UC Davis! I came across a vet that had good reviews an finally called, they had no appointments but asked if I had tried Sylvan pet hospital, I read the reviews and they were pretty good ( nobody will have perfect reviews) they had a urgent care opening. When I arrived it was a very nice hospital inside an out. I thought this is gonna be expensive. Everyone was so nice. The check in was easy and the the young lady was very kind. We were called into the room and greeted by another smiling face who did vitals. A few moments later Dr. Hart came in. She was so nice and had the best personality, she to owned a pug which made me even more comfortable. She treated my fury baby with so much compassion and gave me honest answers. Did not try to push unnecessary treatments and listened and responded to what I was asking. It was a great experience. The price was reasonable and even though he may not have the greatest outcome ( he hurt his back and has ataxia) and put on 10 days of medication and bed rest. She made no promises. But my experience was awesome and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good and honest vet. I went home and told everyone who has a pet about my experience. It was great, thank you team at Sylvan pet hospital!!!! We now have a new vet and will be taking all my dogs here from now on.

The staff was very polite and my two 10 year old female Pekes loved Tiffany Hart. She bonded with them like their previous vet did up in Oregon. They love to give kisses to whomever is petting them. She has friends for life!!

I've been bringing Henry (our 13 year old dog) to Sylvan afor 8 years. He hated the vet so our visits were very anxious. Dr. Hart sat on the floor with him feeding him treats and talking to him the first visit. After that he wasn't as anxious and now I think he actually likes seeing Dr. Hart. All the staff are compassionate, helpful, and knowledgable. Can't imagine going anywhere else.
