Deberían de regresar por la basura olvidada hay nos hacen pagar para que no Agan bien su trabajo el conductor me miró que saque mi basura con contenedor lleno y ni así se regresó no va perder tiempo como si lo mandan a qué lo aga rápido 75215 oh mínimo q pase dos veces por semana

My recycle bin was broken and I entered a request for repair online. They said allow 5 days but a very nice gentlemen came out the next day and replaced it. He was very polite and efficient. Nice to see someone take pride in their work.

Sent a request for carts not being picked up twice in a month, paying for
Service but they aren’t providing service. Get told we gave you schedule info, I don’t need this I know when my carts are picked up, maybe your crew should get the schedule since they keep not picking up carts in my street? Super unacceptable customer service by the city.

The Dallas county tax payers pays the waste and sanitation department to do their job but when you come out the garbage trucks don’t want to pick up your trash and I was told by 311 to wait until 8 pm for my trash to get picked up and to wait 2 business days to see if they came and got my trash if they didn’t comeback at 8 pm and they never showed up so now I’m stuck holding trash in my garage for a week and this was not the first time this has happened.

193026 is the number on the back of bucket truck…. Not sure what its called but he almost caused an accident today @ 5:46pm on westmoreland heading south towards singleton ave! I was driving in the lane closest to the sidewalk and he swerved in to my lane like he was in a race driving very aggressive! I have a pic of truck from behind! Get better drivers or dallas will be paying money out for others negligence!

I just swept up the most horrible site of garbage left by our sanitation service. I think I might have to make a formal complaint. There was almost as much garbage on the ground as in the can. I just took pictures.
