We were very fortunate to have Dr. Sept do a few claw removal surgery on several of our older sled dogs. He did an incredible job and we would highly recommend using his services.

Terrible customer service, the doctor is a rude old man who will yell at you if you try to talk to him about a problem that you had.
I took my dog here to be neutered and have his dew claws removed when I called on the phone I was quoted $550 for the neuter at the time I did not ask about his dew calls being removed. Then I was supposed to have an appointment on Saturday the doctor slept in and I was not able to get his bandages changed. When I finally got to the clinic to get him neutered I asked if I could add his two calls being removed and they said yes when I asked what the total price was they said $750. whenever he was done with surgery and I picked him up they then told me the total price is now $1,400. I was extremely upset about this but paid and left so I didn't explode on them. when I came back a few days later to get his bandages fixed I tried talking to them about the price differences and communication but before I got a chance to finish the owner/doctor yelled at me saying that he told me that it was $550 for the neuter and $750 for the dew claw removal and to go somewhere else if I didn't like the prices and kicked me out. For one I did not even talk to him about the prices the only person I talked to the prices about was his receptionist and she was the one who told me that it was going to be a total of $750. Another thing was when I was trying to talk to him about the prices I was very respectful and I did not raise my voice or give any sarcasm. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. this guy is supposed to be a professional and is yelling at clients for no reason. When I tried talking to him I was very respectful did not raise my voice at all and did not give any sarcasm until he told me to get out. after that, we had a verbal argument and I was not even able to tell him why I was originally upset because he was being an unreasonable senile old man. if you like being lied to and yelled at take your animal here if not it is worth the extra money to have someone who gives you proper dates and times when you're supposed to be there doesn't sleep in and will respect you.

I just went here for the first time today, it was really impressed. They were really nice. I totally bumbled the appointment and missed my alarm, I called and apologized that I was going to be late and they were still willing to see me. I'm not encouraging people to go late, but I was really impressed with how kind they were on my tardiness. I got there and they were just so friendly and kind. The nurse and the vet were super helpful in friendly. All the workers were very cheerful. The place is really clean too for being a vet office. The vet was very clear with me about information he needed and gave me clear options. I was really happy with him. Excited to go back and to the bottom of the issues with our little puppy

I brought my dog in for a regular teeth cleaning - it was our first time there. The procedure seemed to go fine but when I went to pick my dog up he was in a crate in the waiting room crying. I was sitting there for a few minutes when a woman came out with a spray bottle then realized I was right there. She said “oh, is he yours? This won’t hurt him” Which indicated she’d been spraying him with water to get him to stop whining while he was waiting to be picked up. I was shocked and didn’t know what to say. She got him out and I confirmed his face and chest were soaking wet. I will never bring any of my pets back there. If you can’t handle a dog whining without abusing them, you probably need to find a different job.

Bob is the best vet I’ve ever met. He is honest and loves to talk to you about your pet. He helps me to feel confident in being a pet parent and assures me I am doing a good job which I greatly appreciate. I actually look forward to bringing my dog, Lilly in. I leave there with peace of mind and that is all I can ask for. Thanks bob !

Yelled at me because my dog barked at another dog coming out of an office and said she should've been trained better.

This has happened before in previous reviews. What kind of vet gets mad at a dog barking. Find a different line of work Bob. Reporting you to BBB.

Only positive was how nice his wife was.
